Tree reviews in Fairfield, Ohio

I hired Trejo tree service to cut down a huge sycamore tree over my house that was rotting out from inside. Their crew showed up right on time and got the tree down safely with no damage to any of my property. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work or landscaping

Very good service, I was 100% satisfied with the crew that Trejo sent out they worked really hard and had all the right equipment for an exceptional job! Will highly recommend to everyone. Price was unbelievably reasonable as well. Thanks!

Trevor tree did an outstanding job removing a 100' tree. The crew was experienced in tree removal. Were safe and did a great job cleaning up the debris.

Last week I had a large branch dangling up high in a very tall tree from storm damage. I called Trejo late in the day and Juan answered right away. Came out next morning and gave estimate. Crew came a little later and quickly removed the damaged branch and two others, and picked up all the leaves and pieces. Juan is very good about calling when on way and following up. Very pleased. I will call again when needed.

One of the best companies to work with. I called for an estimate and they had the tree down the very next day. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone needing tree removal services!! Will definitely use these guys again.

Prompt, efficient, polite, and reasonably priced! I couldn't ask for a better experience. The crew trimmed 2 trees for me and cleaned up all debris within an hour. We will definitely have them back.

I highly recommend Trejo Tree Trimming and Removal for all your tree services. I received a reasonable estimate, and work was completed the same day. The crew was extremely courteous, professional, and thorough. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely hire them again.

Juan was amazing—he returned my call within 30 minutes, was able to come out almost immediately to inspect the 300 year old maple that fell on my house, provided a quote that was by far the lowest I had heard, and worked with his brother to get everything scheduled for the next day! His brother came out and with a small crew cut up and removed the massive tree in less than 2 hours (all other quotes said “at least 2 days”). Highly recommend!!!

Can't say enough good things about this company! I had half of a big tree break out during the storms and high winds, plus another larger tree that had been leaning over the years. Juan quickly came out and gave me a decent estimate. He was great at communicating next steps since the trees were not a danger, and he didn't want to bring in heavy equipment that would damage my very wet yard. Sure appreciated that! His crew, led by his brother Javier, were very efficient and cleaned up well. Sad to lose the last of my tree line, but looks great. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks!!

Very prompt and professional. I had a tree limb fall from a neighbor’s yard this morning at 7 AM and called around 8:30. They came around 11:50am and was done in 15 min. Very reasonable on the price also.

Juan returned my call within 5 minutes, showed up the same day to give me a quote. Came back 2 days latter and trimmed 2 trees in my front yard, dug around a 3rd tree and straightened it up, weeded, edged, and cleaned out my beds and laid down new mulch, all in a heat index of oven 100 degrees for a great price. I'll never call anyone else to do my landscaping. He did an unbelievable job.

Juan came to provide an estimate and completed service same day. 5-Star service.
Before and After. Thanks Juan.

Juan and Javier did an amazing job! Great prices, very clean and professional. They also run a very safe operation. We have a hilly terrain and both Juan and Javier managed the job site wonderfully. I was very pleased with the courtesy visit they provided. Juan is a great communicator and helped us make our final decisions.

I hired them to remove honeysuckle bushes that had become invasive and were taking over the shrubs. They did an outstanding job. They cut down and removed everything from my yard. They were on time, fast, efficient, professional, and very reasonable on their price. I would recommend them to anyone. I have used other companies but this is the best I have ever hired. Thank You Juan

I called Trejo on a Monday at 4:30 and spoke with the owner, Juan. About an hour later he showed up and gave me an estimate for removing on very large pine tree that was alive but starting to lean toward the house plus three other large trees that were dead and mingled in with vines. He have me a reasonable estimate and two days later a crew of three hard working and very polite young men showed up at the appointed time. By later that afternoon they had cut down and cut up all four trees and filled two large trailers with the debris to be hauled away for disposal. They insisted that I inspect their work when they were done and they had cleaned up all the remains of the trees they removed including blowing the sawdust off of the driveway. I would highly recommend Trejo if you have any trees you need to have trimmed or removed!

Just had trejo remove 2 large trees from my backyard. Can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work and the professional work by the entire crew. The price was definitely fair, and the yard completely cleaned after they left. Will definitely use them again if needed and have already recommended them to a close friend.
Thanks Juan and crew.

Called 2 different times and the first time to get a estimate and 60 seconds later the guy called back and said they would be there in 15 minutes for a estimate. That was a Thursday and they had to finish a job up Friday but start Saturday and sure enough Saturday morning 9am they did the job.
Second time another tree over hanging the porch roof needed trimmed back and they came gave a estimate and 1 day later came to do the job. It is perfect when you need something done and the company acts like your job is the most important and out to do the job immediately and not go on waiting list for 2 weeks like a lot of companies and so far twice this place has been on the job immediately.

Wow!! Excellent service. Wind brought down an old tree on the shed. I called Juan, he was here in an hour with a very reasonable estimate and came back shortly thereafter to take care of the tree. From my call to Juan to the finish of the job was 2-1/2 hours. So easy!! He’s coming back in Sept to trim our trees in the front. I highly recommend.

I had been trying to find someone to trim the dead branches off my tree in front of my house. Some of them overhanging the pole lines to my house. The prices I received from "name" companies were astronomical. So I looked on my neighborhood app to read about recommendations from other people.
One, I read about was Trejo Tree Trimming. So I read all the reviews, and decided to give them a call. I spoke to the owner, (Juan) and made an appointment for him to come and check out my tree. He came by the next day, and assessed the situation, and made an offer which was way more reasonable! He also asked did I want the branches hauled away. And, he was so nice and personable. (I told him I found him on the neighborhood app, and he came highly recommended!) So they were to come out the following week. The day of, three gentlemen arrived, very nice, and ready to work. They took care of all the dead branches, (no more worries about branches breaking off, and damaging wires, or the house!)
They cleaned up all the debris. They did it all in a quick, and orderly fashion.
I highly recommend this business, and will contact them in the future, when the need arises. Thank you Trejo Tree Trimming and Removal!

Update: fast forward to now and I was going to hire them to remove more trees so they came out and quoted me on March 18th and i was quoted the same amount as in September to remove a front tree so I agree to the estimate and wanted to move forward so the night before they wanted to come out and cut down a tree the owner told me he wanted more money to do it cause his employees felt it would be harder. Mind you this was after waiting a week to "get on the schedule"! They refused to schedule an actual time so i could go to the bank either. They want cash and they won't give you a receipt. Take that how you want. Shame on you for trying to up the price after you estimated it and the night before!! I will not use this company again! They are greedy and don't care about repeating customers or customer service. I can't believe they did this to a customer that was planning on having 4 trees cut down! I'll go with another company gladly!! Shady business! I was out here recommending them to people but that won't happen again! Beware of this company!!!! When they came out the 1st time his employee was trying to cut the owner out and cut my tree down himself so I should have known then there were issues with this company.

I called for an estimate and had one 30 min later! The tree was gone the next morning! The price was excellent and I'm already scheduled for them to remove another problem tree. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for tree service

Very pleased with their service and would hire them again. I called and Juan answered right away. He stopped by and gave me a reasonable estimate the next day. A couple days later this massive tree and several stumps were gone in less than a couple hours.
