Constraction reviews in Fairlawn, Ohio

Eli and his crewman Mike installed a new wood plank ceiling in my home yesterday and it looks Amazing ! Even better than I hoped for ! I couldn't stop saying WOW !! They were exceptionally professional , friendly and polite !
Their workmanship is superior quality at a very fair price ! Upon completion of the project they were meticulous with cleaning up . I can't speak highly enough about Eli and US Home Remodeling !
And I will definitely contract Eli and his crew for any and all future home remodeling projects .

They were prompt to come out for an estimate and courteous during the visit. However, after several email attempts to receive a quote for our project they ghosted us. No reply, no emails, no calls. I cannot speak towards their quality of work, but if this is how they communicate and treat new customers I would not recommend them.

EDIT: As the owner stated, he experienced an injury that had him away from work for two weeks which led to the radio silence I experienced. I understand these things happen, but this did show me that he was the single line of communication which per my experience is worrisome. And to be clear, the only estimate that was sent to my email was on June 17th, only after leaving my 1 star review.

I do believe my estimation experience with US Home Remodeling was atypical. Please make sure to read through all their other reviews here to make your own informed decision.

Eli and crew did an exceptional job! His design for our kitchen was amazing and transformed our home! He was professional, detail oriented, clean and organized. We are beyond thrilled with our end result and plan to have Eli back for projects in the future. I highly recommend and have already given his information to friends.

Elias did such a high-quality job. Every issue that came up, Elias seemed to have a way to fix it. We’re very happy with all the work that he did for us!

Elias is very trust-worthy which seems hard to find in the current environment of contractors.

I had the pleasure of working with US Home remodeling on two projects (so far) and I would rate them five stars with excellence. One project was to remodel my house and the other was an urgent repair of a rental. In both projects, they delivered state of the art work and excellent service. The owner and his team were very professional , attentive to all details and delivered the services with the highest standards and quality. Their great service started with very valuable advises while selecting the material and continued until the project was completed to our highest satisfaction.
Highly recommended !

US Home Remodeling tore out our existing shower and installed a new tile shower for us including plumbing and exhaust fan.
Eli and his crew are great to work with. Well worth the wait for their services. Once work started they were here daily and worked hard for 8+ hours a day. All the men were very pleasant and conscientious. We are very pleased with the completed shower and highly recommend their services. Tim and Tina

Outstanding work! US Home Remodeling completed a full basement remodel which included installing a full bathroom. Every step of the process was smooth and the workmanship was excellent. The final project is outstanding! Eli is extremely professional and knowledgeable. His crew was hardworking and organized. At the end of each work day, they did an amazing job of cleaning up their work areas. As a result of such a positive experience, I had them remodel a master bathroom. Again, Eli and his crew did an exceptional job!

Eli and the team were very professional, skilled, and fast. I had trouble with several other contractors coordinating the project and finally landed with US Home Remodeling. I will certainly be calling them for future projects.

Top notch company. Heads above the rest Elias, the owner really knows his stuff and has a crew of great guys to back him up. Words do not do justice how highly I recommend US Home Remodeling. If you have large or small remodeling jobs these are the guys for you.

I was very happy with my tile in stall. The workers are polite and professional. They worked very hard to get the job done on time. I will definitely use them again. 😁

I discovered Eli from US Home Remodel through Google, and a friend also highly recommended their services. Right from our initial conversation, I felt at ease and comfortable. I had recently ended a professional relationship with a previous contractor, so I couldn't help but express my frustrations and concerns to Eli about working with a new contractor. Sensing my apprehensions, he not only addressed my worries but also provided a clear plan for completing the work, discussed the timeline, and outlined the payment structure.

What truly impressed me was when Eli took the initiative to take me to a job site that was three-quarters completed. This allowed me to see their work firsthand, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and progress. After receiving a detailed quote and ensuring that we were aligned on the project's scope, he began the work. What stood out was his approach of accepting payments only for completed phases, demonstrating his commitment to delivering results.

Throughout the project, Eli and his team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction, even making adjustments when necessary due to staffing changes and design modifications. They successfully finished my basement and added an egress window, which were significant undertakings. I can confidently say it was a positive and rewarding experience, and I would not hesitate to work with Eli and US Home Remodel again in the future.

Elias and his crew remodeled my basement in a very professional way, very smooth to deal with and attention on every small detail, their ideas were more than I ever expected, I couldn’t ask for better.
I recommend them for every home owner and I will use them in all my future remodeling projects.

I just had 2 bathrooms remodeled and Elias and his team did an amazing job! Very professional! The job was done in a timely matter. They had great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend their business and will continue to use them for future projects.

Elias and his team did a really nice job installing a bathroom and storage area in our basement. They were very considerate of our home and made sure the job was done correctly and completely. They stayed within the agreed upon budget and were flexible with my family's time schedule. Overall we were very pleased with the end results! We would definitely use their team again for future home renovations.

Had them out to remove our tile floors in the bathroom and replace them with vinyl laminate. The crew was professional, did a good job cleaning up after themselves and the floor looks great! The owner, Elias, was with them and I appreciated how he took the time to explain the process and show me the progress during the tear out and install. Will definitely be using them again for future jobs!

US Home Remodeling is top shelf in our book. The prices are more than fair and Eli (the owner) is very knowledgeable and extremely well versed in all manner of tradecraft.
We've used US Home Remodeling twice and we will do it again should the need arise. If you have a project, large or small in mind, I would absolutely give them a call. Then relax and enjoy the results.

US home Remodeling was very professional when installing the cabinets for my butler’s pantry. I really appreciated being able to see my vision come to life through their 3D rendering service. The cabinets are high-quality and feel built to last for years to come. I’m very happy with the results!

We have used US Home Remodeling twice now - master bath and deck. Workers have all been diligent, timely and courteous. Eli is a great problem solver and doesn’t get flustered if things don’t go as planned. He has always treated us fairly and I enjoy working with him!

The company provides good quality work at reasonable prices. The owner and his crew are courteous and pay attention to homeowners needs as well as provide additional ideas. I would definitely recommend them.

US Home Remodeling has done several projects for us in two homes. Most recently, they completed a remodel of our basement after a sump pump failure resulted in the need to tear our finished basement to the block walls and start over. The team and US Home Remodeling not only helped restore our basement but also upgrade the fit and finish adding value to our home. All walls were reframed as well as soffits built around ductwork and I-beams, drywall, new lighting and outlets, vinyl plank flooring and trim were installed.

Communication was great, the team was professional, the work is impeccable. They treated our home and our family with kindness, understanding and respect.

Elias and his team come with our highest recommendation for your remodeling project.

Very pleased with the workers and workmanship with the repair and painting of a damaged garage door frame. The workers were on time, polite and very fast in accomplishing the repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or remodeling. Excellent!! Thank you Elias!
