This morning Byron called and said he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived right on time. He was very professional, polite, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He did a tremendous job. He took several photos and showed me the before and after effects of his work. I highly recommend Byron and Lowe's duct cleaning

Knowledgeable and efficient.
This is my 2nd time using this company for dryer duct cleaning and it will not be my last. I am pleased with the results.

Byron and his associate called 25 min ahead of arrival and arrived in the appropriate time frame. They were professional, did a thorough job, and showed before and after pics. Job took approximately 3 hours from start to finish. The price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

First time getting our ducts cleaned. Byron arrived on time and did a great job working throughout the house efficiently. He communicated the process and recommendations to me to ensure my home air quality was good as it can be. He also showed me before and after photos of each of the ducts and they look as good as new. Would highly recommend, especially for the cost of the service.

First off, this company is prompt in calling back, honest in sharing reasonable time frames for their availability and scheduling was a breeze ( with reminders which was helpful).

The service we received from Byron was excellent! He was very thorough in identifying all air ducts for each room and cleaned them well. He showed us some before and after pics as well! He is very friendly and accommodating in cleaning rooms in a particular order because I had to move my cats around and he also made sure front door was always secured so they wouldnt run out due to noise.

Tech Byron did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent. Very professional and courteous. Showed me the pics of the vent at dryer and of it on the roof. This vent goes up to the attic takes a turn to the back then another turn up thru roof. It’s at least 20 feet if not more and he got it nice and clean. Highly recommend

Byron arrived on time, did a walk through of the home, explained what he would be doing and went right to work. When he was finished, he showed me before and after pictures and it was like night and day. So affordable and super happy with his service. Would recommend to anyone!

Byron did a fantastic job! He was thorough, professional. We just moved into our new house and I assume that our air vents and ducts haven’t been cleaned out in the whole life of the house. The before and after pictures that he provided were crazy! Absolutely clean and spotless once Byron got done. Highly recommend him and this company for your next cleaning!

My wife and I can’t recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning enough! Their technician, Byron, has to be one of the hardest working people we’ve ever met. We were his last stop of the day…but he worked as if we were his first. Incredibly thorough, Byron cleaned our entire air duct system and the blower motor of our furnace. He explained everything that he was doing and showed us before and after pictures all along the way. The difference was amazing! We could actually smell an improvement as he was working. You can bet we’ll be calling Lowe’s again the next time we are in need of their service…and I will most definitely request Byron specifically. He’s the BEST!!!

We had a great experience with Lowe’s and recommend them highly. We had our entire house ductwork and dryer vent cleaned as we had previously had floor sanding work done in the house which generated a lot of dust. Lowe’s was easy to schedule, prompt, and left the house very clean. The before and after photos reinforced our decision to have the work done too.

Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning did a great job. From being kept up to date on when my appointment was, to the follow up they have been outstanding. Jaime did a great job. He explained everything to me and. Was very professional. I strongly recommend them and look forward to having them back again.

Top notch. Sanchez was extremely professional. He cleaned all of the ducts and returns as stated. The most impressive thing to me was the pride Sanchez showed in doing his work. He took pictures and showed those off to demonstrate his work. I don’t see that much anymore.

Had my son’s townhome air ducts cleaned. Luis C was a very nice friendly technician. Great communication with appt reminders and a phone call when he was on his way. Had an older bathroom vent that some paint came off of when he was dealing with that vent, but he was professional and explained what happened instead of not saying anything at all. I appreciate his honesty and communication. Before and after pictures were great to see. Shows good honest work that was done. I received multiple pics, I will share one before and after. I would definitely recommend Lowe’s to family and friends.
