I have been waiting a week tomorrow from a call from a manager to discuss the recent work that was done on my air conditioner unit. Poor customer service and lack of communication

Person on phone made a rude comment under her breathe. Serviceman was polite and efficient. They up charged the replacement part by at least 10 times it's sale price. Will not use again.

I'd recommend this company to anyone. Had some trouble with our AC unit and they sent a service tech out the same day. Our tech Jared was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We signed a service contract with them on the spot. Awesome company.

Not only was the work done in a professional manner, but the compassion shown was what really touched my heart. I have 2 dogs with health issues. When they arrived I explained this to them and asked if they could meet my dogs so all the noise and strangers in the house would not upset them. Both young men were so kind to them, and made a point to interact with them during the 2 day install. My dogs did great, and I'm sure it's because of the kindness shown. This means more than you know. Thank-you!

After 1 year of HORRRIBLE HVAC companies giving us the runaround and patch up this & that, our furnace and air still wouldnt work. Someone recommended Lew's to us and from the day they came, to the quote, to the labor, to the payment EVERYTHING was perfect. My husband and I are so thankful we finally found a good reputable company we can trust. We have small children, one of which was a 30 week premie and too hot weather and too cold is not good for her. We will use Lew's from now on and I would highly recommend.

Been very cold. Wind chills -14. Furnace would come on but would not heat and would shut down quickly. Called 2 other companies and they rang with a busy signal. Good for me they did! Called Lew's and the lady that answered was very nice and friendly, not cold and quick to get you off the line. Told it might take 2 hours before they could get to me. As busy as they are in this weather they came within an hour! Bob was friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and did not mind me watching over his shoulder hoping to learn something. Thank goodness it was just a frozen exhaust pipe outside. If I ever need to call for help or recommend service to others it WILL be LEW'S!

Furnace was not feeling well... cold Ohio weather! Called Lew's spoke with Lisa in the office and she was able to have someone come out the next day. Ed the technician showed up on time and was able to diagnose called his office and another office lady I believe her name is (Autumn) drove the part half way to meet the technician so he wasn't wasting time. The entire staff went above and beyond for me. Thank you!
