Personally would not recommend hiring this Company. Overcharges, Receptionist is not well informed with prices or parts or services,quite annoying,also with having a serious attitude problem like a stuck up rich highschooler girl, like it seems she can't stand her job or just can't stand having to answer the phone. The workers readiness as in being prepared for the requested task, was very poor ,Their scheduling is Personally insane having 4 to 5hr window of showing up but then not showing up smh not cool. employees need much improvement forsure respectfully The worker had a couple good moments of good customer service but barely, the rep was just awful would recommend a position not involving the public. Will not be using in the future

The technician examined the furnace. I was disappointed that he didn't light the furnace. I believed that he would fire the furnace up for me which is what I had asked for.
