I had called Terry and he immediately called me back! He talked me through what was the problem over the phone! Problem fixed!! He is very highly recommended to all!!

He was a very knowledgeable guy when it came to what needed to be done. He was willing to work with us in a timely matter on a weekend nonetheless when everyone was close or busy. We appreciate him coming, even going over to Fremont to get the part that was needed the same day. We definitely recommend him and if needed in the future we will definitely be using him and his services again.

I do not have any experience with then. They never returned my call.

Went above and beyond to get s new part for old furnace and install it. Didnt do basic maintenance. Other company cleaned furnace and did minor things-furnace works good

Can't get them to answer the phone.

Phone is always busy... can't get to even leave a message!!

I called for over one and a half hours. The line was busy. I later was told, Terry might have retired.
