Constraction reviews in Gahanna, Ohio

We had them come out to give us an estimate on a new roof. He was courteous and on time, which can be hard to find these days. He provided a competitive bid on a brand new roof. His crew did a wonderful job and stayed late to complete the job. We were also pleased on how careful the crew was on not damaging any of our landscaping in the yard. We highly recommend them to those who are seeking a professional and honest roofing company.

WOW what a deck. We had contracted with Austin to repair a leak in our sun room. The sub-contract did a less than expected job. Austin came out and looked at the finished project and said it had to be replace at their expense. Over the next few months it was replaced and additional work performed that had not been done before. The leak is fixed and the deck was replaced and it is great.
I would have no hesitation about hiring Urban Exterior for any other work that I need done, in fact they are preparing a bid to replace some gutters.
Thank you Austin, Joe and Nick and the rest of Urban Exterior I look forward to working with you again.

It was a pleasure working with Austin/Urban exterior! We were so eager to do updates on our new home so the team made it a priority to complete before the winter months. Not only did we get new roof with high quality work but also at a great cost. Highly recommended company!!!

We used Austin for both our roof last year and siding this year. They handled the entire process extremely well from dealing with insurance to the actual labor. We opted for the insulated siding he suggested and our AC unit is having a much easier job keeping up with the heat! Last year we could not keep the house more than 10 degrees cooler than outside temps, this year we're able to set it at the temp we want. Wholeheartedly recommend both Urban Exterior Co and that specific product

Huge props to Austin and the Urban Exterior crew. We've hired them twice and both experiences have been exceptional. They are reliable and the communication is excellent. Highly recommend!

Before we met with Austin Waddle (Urban Exterior) we were nervous because we needed a lot of work done to our home and had a specific budget. After Austin left our home and during the project we felt supported and knew we were getting our work done according to schedule, on budget, and that it would be done with precision.

When they did our roof the materials were great quality, it was clean and they went around and cleaned up all the debris in the yard. We still get compliments on the job they did. Austin was there with us every step of the way and worked with our stingy insurance company until any issue was resolved. Once the roof was done we wanted them to help with all the updates needed on the house. We completed windows and downspouts/gutters next and at the end our house was beautiful and didn’t cost a fortune.

If you are searching for an honest hardworking partner this is the company.
Thanks so much Austin!!!

Can’t thank Nick from Urban Co enough for his exceptional customer service. We had a complicated leak discovered on a Friday afternoon. Nick had a crew out here in 30 mins to rule out any issues with the roof. Based on the pics his team took he identified the problem was likely with the chimney. Given the urgency and late hour he contacted a mason on my behalf to get a quote and followed up with me the next week to see how we were doing. I have never worked with a company who treated my emergency like their own, and saw it through even when it was outside their scope. So grateful to Nick and I can’t recommend them enough, it’s wonderful to know there’s a company you can trust.

Austin and his team were wonderful! Austin came to our home multiple times to walk us through the process and was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. The team showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up and making sure no nails were left on the ground for our dogs. We will definitely be highly recommending Urban Exterior Co.

Urban Exterior did a great job on our roof and siding. The customer service was one place they really shined. Joe worked closely with us to pick out the perfect design, and went above and beyond to make sure we spent our money in the best way possible. We had some hiccups along the way, but Nick really bent over backwards to make sure everything was resolved.

After a severe windstorm last spring, my insurance company referred me to Urban Exterior. UE did a great job on my new roof. The whole process was extremely thorough and professional. They explained everything clearly and presented my options. Told me exactly what to expect and when. I was impressed with the crew as well. Very curteous and even cleaned up afterwards. What was really impressive was the patience and grace they gave us when we really needed it. More companies should operate like this with heart. Thank you Austin Waddle for a 5 star experience.

We had Austin Waddle with Urban Exterior Co. inspect our roof for possible damage. He exceeded our expectations in professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. He was honest and trustworthy, in that he shared his knowledge that our roof was in good condition and did not need repairs. We also appreciated his ability to view our home with a drone rather than climbing on our roof. We highly recommend Urban Exterior for roofing, siding, windows and gutter repair!

Our house was re-sided 3+ years ago. Absolutely pleased with the work and still love our new siding! Recently needed a repair - Alex from Urban Exterior Co performed the work and did a great job! Highly recommend Urban Exterior!

Urban came recommended to us and they didn’t disappoint! They completely blew us out of the water! They did a full remodel of our home. Siding, roof, soffits, gutters, and an upgraded sliding black door. Everyone was incredibly friendly! I highly recommend using Urban to make your home look even more beautiful!

Austin and his team genuinely care about the customer. He is extremely friendly and straight forward. He works hard to get you the best value and his team does outstanding work. I couldn’t be more pleased with my roofing experience and how it turned out. If you don’t use Urban Exterior Co. and Austin, you are missing out!

I can’t recommend this company enough. Urban exterior was able to help us get the best deal on our roof working closely with the insurance company to make sure we were maximizing the value on our investment into the roof. The roof was complete In a timely manner and the cleanup was without a trace. Austin, the owner is a personable professional and his team epitomize a hard working, responsive unit. Best of all- the roof looks great and we immediately noticed a difference of the climate control it provides in the house. We feel confident winters will be warm and summers stay cool. Our neighbors are already asking us who did our roof.
Thank you, UE!

I highly recommend Urban Exterior! Brian, the rep I worked with, was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, insightful, and patient throughout the entire process.

The company itself was very professional. The crew arrived on time and impressively completed the siding and window job in just one day! That saved me a ton of time and hassle. But their commitment to quality didn't stop there. Brian even came back personally to review the work and make sure everything was done exactly as agreed.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were professional, efficient, and delivered top-notch work. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Cannot recommend Urban Exterior Co. enough. They were extremely responsive after we noticed some water leaking after a big storm. They came over and assessed it, even showing me pictures and helping me understand what needed done. They took a look at the rest of the roof and provided peace of mind that the repair would stop our issue.
Thanks to head hauncho, Austin, I know my roof is in good shape. Down the line when it's time to replace it, I'll be using them, no doubt. Great leader, great team, great company.

….our house and garage (aluminum siding now Hardee board) got an incredible upgrade thx Joe Michael for your professional advocacy and cooperation with Central if we hadn't met you and Urban we likely would have done nothing or just the roofs. Also met the owner Austin Waddle who took me to breakfast these are former big roofing companies now doing family biz the right way.

Roof was done in a day not an easy job - garage similar got new gutter guards and composite trim on garage replacing rotting wood most of it thru deductable comps we didn’t need making our out of pocket a minor up charge for the value received! Nick Allen our scheduler also great communication far better than the bigs.

Highly recommend!

We had our roof and siding replaced by Urban Exteriors. They were absolutely reliable, efficient and helpful. Their integrity really mattered to us and them. It showed as they worked with us on all the small details to get the color and styles matched perfectly. They had great ideas to get it done exactly as we wanted. They never rushed us nor tired of all the questions. They followed through and even returned within a day to adjust something we wanted done. I highly recommend them and their teams of workers. Each one showed they cared and took pride in their work. Great people, great work and great company. Beth’s k you UE for a job well done.

Austin at Urban Exteriors has been an incredible resource for my new home build. Pulte slapped up a cheap house way too quickly, and the warranty expired just before a part of the roof fell off. We asked for a 3rd-party to take a look, fix the problem, and verify the rest of the roof and siding looked okay. Austin came out and walked around on very short notice, answered questions, and was honest about expectations and next steps. He fixed the problem, re-installed some poorly-installed flashing, weather-proofed everything, and pointed out some areas to keep an eye on.

Will definitely reach back out for any emergencies or future updates needed. Highly recommend and trust with my home!

We highly recommend Urban Exterior! They recently did our roof and were easy to work with, quick to respond, and did quality work. Austin and Joe were always kind, patient, and helpful, and went above and beyond helping us navigate the process, including struggles with our insurance company. We will definitely use them again for any future projects!
