Fence Contractor reviews in Gahanna, Ohio

From the initial visit, to the quote, to the work being done Cliff and his team were professional, kept in constant contact letting us know the status of the materials and project. The crew was efficient, respectful, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our new fence...it's absolutely beautiful and was artfully crafted and precisely installed by Ben and his professional, efficient, responsible, and friendly team. Thank you so much for beautifying our property and making our back yard very pet and people-friendly!

They were great from start to finish. Very reasonable quote and the fence was done so well! Megan was very responsive and enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend!

The Arrow team did a great job from quote to install. Very happy with the result. Install team was very friendly. Would recommend starting the process sooner than later, materials took a bit to ship due to covid.

Absolutely love the new fence from Arrow. Beautiful work. The crew was efficient, incredibly friendly and helpful. Great communication from their office too. Really perfect.

Cliff, his son Ben and the rest of these guys are super friendly and professional. They did great work for me at a very fair price. I appreciate that they didn’t nickel and dime me for every little thing either (pulled out a couple of old posts and installed some in my existing pavers). Even with the couple tweaks and adjustments I asked for, they were quick to address and eager to please. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get it done and get it done right!

Second time I've used arrow fence and once again they knocked it out of the park. From inquiring to built was less than a month. Even with my out of box requests and odd shaped yard they dealt with it perfectly! There are 2 more parts of fence that i will need put up in the future and Arrow fence will be who i choose everytime.

Kindly did our relatively small job of 50' fencing and a gate in chain link. Reasonably priced, and process was smooth from beginning to end. Will gladly use Arrow Fence of Ohio again!

Arrow Fence of Ohio did a great job with our fence!! Everything from setting expectations on lead time, working around & within our yard to clean up!! I would recommend them to my grandmother!!

Way beyond expectations! Could not ask for a better experience with a contractor. I have dealt with and used several contractors over the course of years with many different types of home improvement jobs. These guys have been the best by far. The whole installation crew were great. Cliff was very responsive to queries and got out to do an estimate, arriving on time, and getting me the information I needed quickly. They stuck with the timeline that I requested, and arrived on time the day of the installation. Thanks so much.

I LOVE MY FENCE AND GATES!!! I can't say it enough! It's beautiful!! Better than I imagined. The guys listened to how I wanted the gate and made it even better! Ben was a fantastic help and very kind. He has a strong work ethic which is hard to find these days. Megan was very helpful and super sweet. She has a great personality for her job!!! I will be using them again to fence off my vegetable garden! You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful picture frame style fence installed in our back yard. Arrow Fence did a fantastic job! Very professional work with attention to every detail. Would recommend this company.

We have used Arrow Fence a few times now, and they have done a really nice job each time. First to fix a fence at our old house that blew over in the wind, and then to install a beautiful new wooden rail fence with wire at our new house. Our dog loves his new fenced in yard and the fence looks really high quality. We will be contacting them again in the future for any other needs!

Arrow Fence did a fantastic job and completed our project earlier than we thought! We have a new doggie that is very appreciative of their speediness, but also great attention to detail! Thank you Arrow Fence!

Outstanding work. Arrow removed and replaced 100+ ft of existing fence, added another 100+ ft of new privacy fence, and built a 10ft tall arbor. The job was challenging due to hard, rocky soil and buried utilities, but crew did not take shortcuts. Everything looks great.

Very happy with our experience. Arrow came out quickly to view the yard and provided a lot of good information and options while they were here.
The install was quick and they adapted to some last minute changes with no issue. Highly recommend!

Got a very awkward area of my yard fenced in and am very happy with the result! It looks great and everything was built from scratch.

Arrow Fence went above and beyond on our fence. From estimate to job completion, everything went smoothly. The crew worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and were very respectful of the surrounding landscaping. We worked primarily with Ben, who managed the project and did an amazing job with the finish work on our gate and arbor. The privacy fence we had installed looks fantastic. We definitely recommend Arrow Fence! Quality craftsmanship, materials, pricing, and customer service.

Arrow Fencing

Arrow Fence did an amazing job on my fence. They were extremely professional and kept me informed of the process every step of the way, they even finished the project slightly earlier than expected. Not only did they provide excellent work their customer service was exceptional!

My neighbor and I just had a four-foot-high ancient cedar fence torn down and replaced by a six-foot-high Western Red Cedar fence installed by Arrow Fence company of Columbus. They did a fantastic job. My neighbor and I shared the cost and dealt with Arrow together and they were great to work with. Megan and Belinda in the office were easy to work with, stayed in touch and let us know the status of our upcoming job. Wet Spring weather delayed the job but when the crew was finally able to get to us, Joe, Hunter, Landon, Dave and Adam went straight to work (fighting 95 degree heat, huge bushes, ancient tree roots and monster mosquitos) and in three days had a brand-new, beautiful fence that blends in perfectly with our landscaping. The crew was professional, friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions. (I have built several fences myself over my lifetime but just didn't want to do it this time around). Everything they did was to exacting specs. I would not hesitate to use them again.
