I have been using Harris Carpet Cleaning for several years now. They do a great job every time. Friendly, professional and honest service.

I have had Harris Carpet Cleaning out a couple times now for both some small carpeted areas in my house as well as a deep clean of the tile grout in my kitchen and bathroom. The carpets look great, as expected, but it is worth mentioning the REMARKABLE difference the grout cleaning made, beyond anything a mop or scrubbing on your hands and knees could accomplish.

They are attentive, efficient, and courteous, even making a point to track my cat down to see where she was hiding since my front door was propped open. Highly recommended and I will continue to use them in the years to come.

I just have a 1BR apartment that the crew visits monthly, sometimes more often. They always do a great job.

This last visit I left a checklist, which they did. They do the unexpected as well as the expected. I enjoyed all the bed linens I had not neatly folded being refolded. Everything was *clean* as I'd requested. Working my own business at home and a 40 hour job isn't easy. I don't get the time to keep up all the little things. Molly gets all the details I overlook.

I look forward to using them from here on out.

Just moved to my condo a short time back, finally had them come out and do the new place. No complaints. Jenny and Ryan did terrific work and I look forward to using them for some time to come.

My husband found Molly Maids to surprise me with cleaning services. Tylesha and Yenni did amazing work on our first clean! Looking forward to our future cleans.

I was extremely impressed coming home after my first cleaning by Crystal and Diamond. They did an amazing job! My couch was vacuumed free of dog hair (which is a huge task) and everything looked great! It was nice coming home to a sparkling clean home! They even made the beds as I left in a hurry that morning. Looking forward to my alternate week cleanings!! Highly recommend their services.

Update: After my initial review, the company reached out to address the issues I experienced. They apologized for the inconvenience and promptly resolved the billing problem by taking care of the balance. While my overall experience with their service was challenging, I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this cleaning service. They arrived earlier than the scheduled time, disrupting my workday. The cleaners took significantly longer than quoted to clean my home. When I inquired about the basement, they seemed unaware of its existence and stated it would be an additional charge to clean it. Given their pace of two hours per floor, I refused to pay for six hours of cleaning, as this timeframe is unrealistic and unacceptable for a house of my size.

This is not my first experience with professional cleaning services, so I know the time it took to clean my home was far beyond reasonable. Additionally, the final price they tried to charge me was significantly more than what I was originally quoted, compounding my dissatisfaction. When I contacted the office, I was informed that I was likely booked through one of their third-party sales or marketing companies, which led to incorrect arrival time and price quotes. This miscommunication is not my fault as the customer. Also, they attempted to charge my card before I authorized it, despite my request to wait until the issue could be settled with the manager.

Despite multiple calls to the office and assurances that a manager would contact me, I never received any follow-up. My expectation was that they would either send someone to finish the job or offer a discount for the incomplete service. Instead, I received a past-due bill in the mail after three months of silence for the remaining cost, with no resolution offered by the management. The lack of customer service and follow-up has been extremely frustrating.

I do not recommend this company to others. The experience was inconvenient, poorly managed, and ultimately unresolved.

Akira and Kendra from Molly Maid were punctual, friendly, and very professional. They did a great job. I work out of a home office and they got all my cleaning done with me there. Got a great deep clean before the holidays. Happy I signed up full time.

Randi and Natalie did our first clean (deep clean) and my home sparkles! They were polite, efficient, friendly, funny, accommodating, and just great. How nice to have the whole house clean at once.
