I first conducted business with this company via American Home Shield in November of 2020. Our furnace went out and AHS sent them out to look at our problem. We needed a new furnace and living in Ohio, a house needs heat during this time of year. AHS took FOREVER getting a unit shipped to them. Jessica who is the office/scheduler/goddess worked diligently with AHS to try to determine when the unit would arrive. 3 weeks later still no unit from AHS. Jessica called a supplier and they had one in stock. Being at my wits end with AHS I had Climate Heating & Cooling install the unit they could provide and dropped AHS like a hot potato! Even though the delay was not in anyway the fault of Climate, they gave us a discount for the inconvenience AHS caused. Needless to say, when our AC unit went out just before the 4th of July, I called them, and was scheduled 2 days later. As I suspected the ancient unit had crapped out. AGAIN Jessica got us scheduled ASAP AND they actually installed the unit on a Saturday morning (of which is not the norm). Thanks to Jessica, Nick and Travis the techs who took a Saturday morning away from their families so our family could be comfortable. I will stick with this company well into the future to service and maintain our HVAC! It is so refreshing to encounter people in the service industry that actually provide SERVICE with a smile and don't make you feel like you are a nuisance even when you probably are! THANKS to you ALL!

Dan provided friendly & professional service! Climate was able to accommodate my limited schedule to install a new furnace in mid-Nov and provided excellent service.

We dealt with three employees of Climate Heating and Cooling. All were knowledgeable and professional. The installation of a new air conditioner and coil took the time projected and is working great. The space used was cleaned. The workers wore masks. An A+ job.

The entire team went above and beyond to help remedy my A/C issue with an old unit as I was waiting for an upgraded HVAC system during times of COVID-19 production challenges. These folks were contacted to come in and repair the issues that were misdiagnosed by a previous company. There were multiple issues left on the table the previous company were just going to ignore and was just going to slap on a bandaid and some unnecessary repairs that I would need to front out of pocket. Confirmed by this company the repairs for the freon replacement was not needed. Other issues were found and were ignored by the previous company. I look forward to them completing their work.

Very impressed with the professional service I received. Very friendly and knowledge in the industry. The diagnosis was quick, parts were available, and was fixed right the first time! Nice team of people! Definitely recommend them!

Adam, Nick, and Keatyn were awesome. They were on time, worked fast, and have always been knowledgeable. I've used Climate H&C before, and will continue to because their technicians are much more knowledgeable than ones I've interacted with in the past.

They replaced our A/C system, which runs to our basement. They placed the line as out of the way as possible when I told them I planned to refinish our basement, and they also ran the electrical wire through the joists to make sure it was also out of the way.

I look forward to using Climate H&C in the future if HVAC problems ever arise again.

Ken and Corey serviced our furnace and a/c unit, since we are getting ready to sell the house. I addition to these service, they gave us good information about other upgrades needed (outmoded breaker box) and gave us recommendations for electricians who could help. Thank so much!

Nick Young is a polite, friendly and professional technician, he had the system running properly in a matter of minutes. He was thorough in his work, he cleaned up when he was done and I would highly recommend Nick Young to anyone needing a heating and cooling technician.

I was really impressed with the office staff and how they responded to my calls and questions. Then the service techs Kenny and Nick were courteous and excellent in explaining everything to me about what they were doing and what repairs needed to be done. Would highly recommend!
