Climate Heating & Cooling

I first conducted business with this company via American Home Shield in November of 2020. Our furnace went out and AHS sent them out to look at our problem. We needed a new furnace and living in Ohio, a house needs heat during this time of year. AHS took FOREVER getting a unit shipped to them. Jessica who is the office/scheduler/goddess worked diligently with AHS to try to determine when the unit would arrive. 3 weeks later still no unit from AHS. Jessica called a supplier and they had one in stock. Being at my wits end with AHS I had Climate Heating & Cooling install the unit they could provide and dropped AHS like a hot potato! Even though the delay was not in anyway the fault of Climate, they gave us a discount for the inconvenience AHS caused. Needless to say, when our AC unit went out just before the 4th of July, I called them, and was scheduled 2 days later. As I suspected the ancient unit had crapped out. AGAIN Jessica got us scheduled ASAP AND they actually installed the unit on a Saturday morning (of which is not the norm). Thanks to Jessica, Nick and Travis the techs who took a Saturday morning away from their families so our family could be comfortable. I will stick with this company well into the future to service and maintain our HVAC! It is so refreshing to encounter people in the service industry that actually provide SERVICE with a smile and don't make you feel like you are a nuisance even when you probably are! THANKS to you ALL!

Dan provided friendly & professional service! Climate was able to accommodate my limited schedule to install a new furnace in mid-Nov and provided excellent service.

My AC works fine but had leak and I put some Freon last 2 years ago and this year I call to add some and the owner came and he said u need 7 pound because if he put less it will never work or work for a day or so he ask me for $1000 then he drop it to $800 cash I run to the bank to get the cash I was desperate the house was very hot then he never show how much the contain Weight before he started then after 20 min he keep turn the container up and dawn like it was empty arady after 20 min it usually take more time to put 7 pound I mean last time it took one hr for the person to put 2 pounds than I ask him the container it is empty he said yes I will charge u $600 only which it is add it mean he had only 2 pound or 3 only in this container no way $7 pound then after a day the Ac stop working I call him 3 times to talk to the owner at least to refund some of my money because not fair to pay $600 in one day costmer service he will not call u back and no refund because no garantee ok as his experience he should advise me not to put an Freon because it will never last at least have the decency not let the costmer west there money like that not fair than I send him email never respond and I am sure he drop the price because he put only 2 pound not enough for the system to last 2 day I wouldn’t recommend this co to any one beware
