We looked at five different companies but decided to choose Custom Air. We like that they sell American Standard products. They have also been in business for around 50 years. We originally tried getting a quote from their website and thought we would not work with this company but luckily their sales guy Scott gave us a call. Scott helped us decide on what new type of furnace and air conditioner to buy based on our needs. We had Sam and Mike visit the house to do the install. Everyone we worked with was very professional. They were also great with our nine-year-old son. We are very happy and everything is working as expected!

The technician, Bobby, was prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable and honest. These are qualities as consumers we look for in those that we welcome into our homes. The service that he performed is beyond expectations considering how the AC runs after the service. The technician is credit to Custom Air and one that raises their service profile considerably with me.
