We recently had Sears Heating and Cooling out to repair our AC unit, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Our technician, Trent, was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to diagnose and fix the issue. Not only did he get our system up and running quickly, but he also went above and beyond by installing a quieter upgrade fan that he found at a local warehouse —a noticeable upgrade over the original part.
While Sears may not always be the least expensive option, they provide the best value by using high-quality parts and offering reliable service. Trent’s expertise and attention to detail made it clear why Sears stands out. If you want dependable HVAC service from a team that cares about long-term performance, I highly recommend Sears Heating and Cooling in Columbus!

We have been Sears Heating and Cooling customers for decades. Josh performs all of our HVAC maintenance and repair work. He is always punctual, helpful, professional, neat, knowledgeable and courteous and has not put any cat toys in our furnace. I never feel like I am being fleeced by Josh or SHC. Our experience with them has always been top notch.

I was a longtime customer of Columbus Worthington Air until they tried to push a new HVAC system on me at both the fall and spring tuneups. They quoted me repairs that made it better to replace, and tried to scare me into immediate replacement. I haven't had any issues with my Bryant system, and it's only 11 years old, top of the line, and has an annual tuneups. I heard a commercial for Sears encouraging me to get a second opinion. The gentleman who answered the phone was very understanding of my problems, and had a tech out the next day. Trent was excellent to work with. He quoted me some reasonable repairs that would keep the system humming, and I immediately became a Sears customer. I am happy to support a family owned business, and I feel like I can trust the company. They saved me thousands of dollars!!! :-)
