Logan Services was great from the beginning. Our salesman Cameron was professional and knowledgeable. Installation occurred very quickly and our install crew for the HVAC and the guys for the hot water tank were all very professional and did an amazing job.

5 Stars for Zach, Victor, and Ty! Zach was incredibly thorough during the quote process, checking serial numbers to make sure we got the right solution. The installation team, Victor and Ty, were fantastic—they did everything to the letter and were a joy to have in our home. We’ve already tested the new heat pump on a freezing night, and it kept the house perfectly comfortable at 68° without needing expensive backup heat. Highly recommend this team!

First and foremost I would like to personally thank Cable for his excellent work, customer service, and ability to explain what he was doing . He was not the least bit bothered by my questions and took the time to explain what he was doing. The issue was dealt with quickly and I really appreciate him coming out on a Saturday. Thank you Logan's and thank you Cable for a great experience, I will be telling people about my experience, and will gladly continue to use Logan's services. Cable rocks!
