The plumber was very polite. The dispatcher was very polite but they didn't want to just fix the problem. They wanted to upsell us. We can't afford the upsell sale. All we needed was a bolt fix and they were trying to resell it us a toilet for $1,600 or to rebuild the whole inside for $900 and they wanted the $600 deposit. He don't have that kind of money to fix a bolt but they didn't want to just do the bolt not affordable

I needed a new water tank and someone recommended Apex and I'm so glad they did. They came out right away and Rob and Chad were very professional and got the work done quickly. They went over all the options I had and didn't pressure me to get the most expensive one. I then needed a new furnace and air conditioner, so I called Apex again and they put them in quickly. The thing I liked the best about all the Apex employees that came to install things was that they cleaned up after themselves. They left no mess, and everyone was so nice and helpful.
