Tyler is a great guy! Great communicator! Very accommodating and goes out of his way to help with any requests along the way. Sam did a great job on the framing we had done. Tyler is a wizard with the drywall mud. Also had some painting done by Dwayne. Satisfied with everyone that did work on our project and the price was very reasonable!

Tyler came highly recommended and did an amazing job finishing our kitchen. The drywall work is so crisp and clean and we couldn’t be happier. Not to mention we were on a super time crunch and he made it happen with such short notice. We will use him again and recommend him to everyone doing work to their homes!!

Tyler is a super efficient and is a very detailed person. He came to my house for a couple of projects such as fixing my drywall and installing vinyl flooring. He has done an amazing job!! I will be contacting him soon to remove my popcorn ceiling and renovate my kitchen. Also, extremely trust worthy as well.

Tyler and his team were fantastic-they are professional, timely, honest and get stuff done. I’ve renovated 4 houses before meeting Tyler and Tyler is by far the best general contractor we’ve worked with. His team show up for work daily (I was on site every day)which is the biggest challenge for most contractors who spread themselves so thinly that work gets delayed and cost more. He worked on three renovations for us—the last was complete renovation of moms 40 year old house including new kitchen, bath and creation of open floor plan. The house looks Brand NEW, modern and just lovely. Tyler and his team have Can-Do attitude and are there to help fix your problems and not charge you more for things that were “out of scope”. We will work with Tyler again on future projects because he and his team are that good.

Tyler and his team came out and did several interior projects for us repairing drywall damage, painting and some electrical work. They did a fantastic job! Tyler's team is very attentive to their work and extremely friendly and honest. I really enjoyed having them working on our projects. TW Design & Build was very fair in what they charge as well. I plan to have them back for future projects as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing some work done on their home or business. These guys are true professionals, and I enjoyed having them on our projects!

Tyler and his crew did an amazing job renovating our laundry room/mud room! We are completely satisfied with the end result, the quality of the work, and the reasonable prices. They hung new drywall, repaired existing drywall, removed old flooring, installed a new tile floor, repaired the ceiling, primer/painted the walls and installed tile around the sink. Tyler is incredibly communicative, he and his crew are highly skilled and professional, and they come prepared to finish the job. We will definitely be using TW Design & Build for our next renovation project.

Tyler is the best contractor in central Ohio. They have done multiple jobs for me and he always gets the job done in a timely manner. His work speaks for it himself.

Tyler and his employees did a complete remodel of the bathroom in my home. Definitely recommend TW design and build for all your remodeling and construction needs. Will be contacting them in the future for a greenhouse I’ll be building in my backyard. Excellent customer service and trustworthy.

We were very pleased with our inspection with CAI. We are in the process of looking for a home and had some concerns about the first house we found after our offer was accepted. Our inspector was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to point things out to us and explain what he was seeing and serious of an issue it could be, and saved us from buying a money pit!

Matt was extremely helpful in providing a very thorough inspection of my older home. He uncovered very serious damages that I was not aware of ( mold in attic, bad electrical pole outside, wiring incorrect, sagging beams and damaged joyces in my crawlspace, etc. His price for the inspection was very reasonable for all that he looks at. He is kind, caring , responsive and professional. Because of him, I was able to get a new valuation on my property, which lowered my taxes, which allowed me to get estimates to get some of the work done to correct the problems , as well .
