Contractor reviews in Galloway, Ohio

I have searched for someone that I could trust in my home and do a good job as well. Tyler did an amazing job installing my bathroom floor. I will be asking my friends to go to the bathroom now that I am no longer embarrassed. He will now be my permanent contractor. He even came on a weekend to do the job. Thanks so much Tyler! LOVE.IT! We hired Tyler to do a simple bathroom tile remodel. We did a simple square tile on the floor and traditional white subway tile for the shower. Tyler was not only unprofessional by constantly showing up late but also very unprofessional with fixing his mistakes. The tile work was not staggered correctly and took a whopping 2 weeks just for the shower (estimated 3 days for floor and shower). 2 days after the floor was laid the grout crumbled apart and tile broke. The bathroom had to be completely redone again. This time tyler blamed US for the floor. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks till our only bathroom was attended to to ensure fixed again. This caused us to push our Plumber and granite company back 3 separate times. On the final attempt to fix ( shower twice and floor 3 times) the floor become more unlevel and the shower still not placed properly. Our bathroom was suppose to be finished before June and here we are almost July and our bathroom is still ripped to pieces. Tyler constantly was late and had to leave the job before finishing. The communication was poor and for any issues brought to his attention it seemed to lead to an argument. Please save yourself the stress and find someone else. We have photos and screenshots to document all of our claims stated above.

Tyler was paid a deposit upfront and the remaining balance in full. We have our agreement and bank statements to show.

Tyler remodeled my bathroom for me he was very professional and knowledgeable. He always communicated with me. Job was finished as promised. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely contact Tyler for any future remodels

We have used Tyler for several projects and have always been pleased with his work! He is excellent at drywall installation and repair and is always keeping the lines of communication open - would highly recommend!

Tyler did a great job remodeling our basement! He’s affordable, professional, and has great communication skills. I highly recommend him for any remodeling needs if you want the job done right!

Tyler and his crew did a great job on our quick timing job. We needed drywall work done within two weeks and Tyler was able to finish the job before tour house went on the market.

Tyler and his crew were amazing, they transformed our unfinished basement into a masterpiece. Covering 1500 sq ft of work, the project was done in a timely manner and the attention to detail was top-notch. He communicated all the details and next steps through the process and took the stress off us. From start to finish the process was breeze, and the professionalism, as well as the quality of work, blew our minds - his work ethic is unparalleled. Can't thank him enough and his name is at the top of the list for any other household projects.

Highly recommend and thanks again!!

Tyler is a very responsible and caring person. He did a bathroom repair for us including installing and finishing new drywall, installing and painting new baseboards, quarter round, and door casing, and having his team put in new plumbing for my new pedestal sink and faucet. He was always on time, always willing to listen, and communicated well. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend TW Design & Build. Tyler is very skilled in his trade. We will not call anyone else for our projects! Very pleased with his quality of work, professionalism, and reliability. If you want the best work from start to finish, give him a call!

Tyler is great. His craftsmanship and knowledge of various types of houses in Central Ohio is 2nd to none. On time, reasonable pricing, and very professional. I would refer his team to any one of my clients and co-workers. I have been a Realtor for 15 years and have seen everything. TW Design & Build is the real deal.

Tyler and his crew did a great job removing old ugly popcorn ceilings, dry walling, painting and replacing old wood work. He was very reasonably priced and was great communicating all along the way. I am happy I found a trustworthy person to get the job done.

I recently had Tyler do some work for me. I was very pleased with the quality of work. Tyler and his helpers were courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Pricing and cost for the job was very fair. I will use his services again when needed. Great job! 🤗

Tyler was very responsive and a great communicator. It is important to him that you are completely satisfied with his service and he takes great pride in his work. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Check out his website for great photos of our project, what a transformation!

We had our basement finished by TW Design and Build. Tyler was in contact with us from start to finish. When telling him our vision for the space he listened and was open to the ideas we had for our space and added his professional opinion. The basement looks great, we are very happy with it and with Tyler and his team. They were all very friendly and respectful. We will use TW Design & Build for future projects.

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel compelled to do so given the circumstances. We hired Tyler to remodel our basement after an incident with a busted pipe. Not only did he stop showing up in the middle of the project, the work that was done needs to be redone. On top of this, his company also stole hundreds of dollars of items from our home. We really trusted Tyler, it was such a shame to see his true character.

Tyler is awesome!!! I am doing a major rehab/rebuild project and originally just hired Tyler to do my drywall. After seeing his work and how reliable, trustworthy, and professional he is, I have him doing many other things including installing all of my interior trim, doors, cabinets, vanities, and shower surrounds. He is excellent at communication, as every day he texts me when he's on the way to the project and when he's leaving. We also talk daily, as he keeps me updated on his progress. I have had many people in and out of my house throughout this project and he is by far the most dedicated, even working Saturdays and Sundays to help me meet my target move in date. I would (and will) highly recommend Tyler to anybody looking for a highly skilled, meticulous, honest, professional to hire for their project. Thanks for everything Tyler!

Tyler and his crew were great to work with. They take great pride in their work and it shows. Tyler communicates well and does what he says he will do. We already plan to have him do work on our bathrooms and look forward to working with him again. We definitely recommend his services.

As a realtor and someone who uses contractors on listings frequently, I wholeheartedly endorse Tyler for anyone needing work on their home. From a window installation, to drywall hanging and mud work, and everything in between, Tyler does high quality work for reasonable prices. He is a trustworthy professional and goes above and beyond to ensure work is completed satisfactorily. Give him a call today. You'll be glad you did!

Tyler is a great guy! Great communicator! Very accommodating and goes out of his way to help with any requests along the way. Sam did a great job on the framing we had done. Tyler is a wizard with the drywall mud. Also had some painting done by Dwayne. Satisfied with everyone that did work on our project and the price was very reasonable!

Tyler came highly recommended and did an amazing job finishing our kitchen. The drywall work is so crisp and clean and we couldn’t be happier. Not to mention we were on a super time crunch and he made it happen with such short notice. We will use him again and recommend him to everyone doing work to their homes!!
