I had a water line start leaking in the attic above my guest bathroom late in the afternoon. I turned off the water right away and called Edward & Sons Plumbing early the next morning. Brian showed up within two hours, ready to help. He climbed up into my attic—even though the entrance is all the way on the other side of the house—and made his way through all the rafters and thick insulation to find the leak. Even with the attic being super hot, he found the problem quickly. Brian went out to his truck, grabbed the right plumbing tools and new pipe, and replaced the damaged section right there. He even double-checked everything before finishing up to make sure no more water would leak. I just have a bit of drywall to fix now, but honestly, there’s no way I could’ve gotten up there myself to do what he did. The service isn’t the cheapest, but they fix it correctly the first time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in Garfield Heights needing a reliable plumber.

Their prices were very fair, and they took the time to clearly explain every step of the plumbing work, which was great since we’re new to septic systems. Brian was always in touch and kept us updated, and the team working on our project were friendly, professional, and really put in the effort to finish the work quickly and properly. After the job, they made sure our yard was tidy and even planted new grass seed, leaving everything looking neat and level. The whole project was finished right on schedule, which really impressed us.
