I called Tri-County Services on Monday, December 29 and was put on the schedule for an estimate Tuesday, December 30th. Chris was able to quickly tell me what disabled my current hot water tank. He advised me as to what it would take to repair the current tank and also, given the age of the tank, offered his advice on a complete replacement. A new tank of better quality with install, new water lines, and water heater pan was not much more than repairing the old tank and hoping nothing else might wear down and cause more issues. I opted to take the advice of the professional and within a few hours of my decision I had hot water once again! Chris was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and he left my utility room cleaner than he found it! I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Chris as a technician and Tri-County Service for your electric and plumbing needs!

I used this company to have my sewer cleaned and inspected. A Mr. Garrett Boudewyns showed up timely and was respectful and helpful showing me a few issues in my sewer that needed addressed. He was quick, well mannered and seemed to really know his trade. Will definitely recommend this company and mr. Garrett to anyone who needs sewer work.

Tri County Plumbing is an awesome conpany. They came out and hydro jetted the lines in my basement because of some flooding. They are professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The work they do is done quickly and efficiently, and they explain everything clearly before they start so you know whats going on in your house. Pricing is fair, and the quality of work exceeds expectations. I highly recommend Tri County Plumbing.

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came to check on a problem with my plumbing, and found a gas leak which he fixed immediately. I am very grateful for his expertise.

No call after the 2hr slot. Alot of confusion multiple call gor same appointment after set up. Very disorganized. Had to cancel put me in a bad predicament. Would not use. They dint even know the names of their own people. And excuses for everything.

First of all I was impressed with how professional the company was by returning my call within a reasonable amount of time instead of my having to leave a voicemail and not getting a return call. Alex was notified to check my hot water heater and to provide a flush if necessary. Alex arrived as expected, and after patiently listening to my concerns he went straight away to his work. Alex flushed the tank of all the sediment that had built up over two years and gave instructions on maintenance and care.

Alex is a quick and efficient young man..... little waste of words .... did solid work, crisp and clean .... then sign off ... both sides happy.

WoW!! These guys were amazing. Great Customer Service, experience and knowledge at work! Paxsten and Garret were the best. kept me calm and reassuring throughout the process. I couldn't believe how quick they fixed my problem. I even had them fix something else while they were here. I trusted their lead. I just can't say enough about this "team". So respectful too. I wish I would have known about them when I first moved here. This Company will be assisting me in ALL my restoration projects of my historical home. From the time I called into the Company till the guys left, everyone communicated and put me at else. They keep their word! They even shock my hand..amagine that.
