Reviews of local pros in Gibsonburg, Ohio

He was friendly, and really knowledgeable. My carpet looks great. It was well worth the money. Will definitely hire them again.

I've used All Star for years and have been very pleased with its service. Jennifer and her team are very professional, efficent, and friendly. Customer satisfaction is the goal for All Star and I have not been disappointed. I am so grateful for All Star and highly recommend them!

Very thankful to have found Jennifer and her team! They've done an excellent job deep cleaning our home, and we are looking forward to their visits to maintain it going forward. I can't thank them enough for their punctuality and attention to detail.

I have used their services twice with excellent results each time. From the pleasant scheduling with a call to Jennifer to the job performance by Bryan, they are highly professional, polite, and offer helpful recommendations.

A difficult job mastered 3 years in a row!!! Carpet dried quickly and smells wonderful! This company surpassed my expectation the first year and I have had them back again for 3 seasons in a row. Very happy to keep this company as a vendor for my business.

We had the whole house done, seven rooms and stairs. It all looks so much better! Some of the stains I thought were permanent he got out. We are very happy with the results.

All star professional carpet cleaning,
I highly recommend.

There Professional, right on time. There friendly, they absolutly do a remarkable job. Reasonable rates. No harsh cemicals smell.
My carpet look back to brand new all my stains came out.
There absolutely all around great service. If your looking to hire a carpet cleaner there the Company your wanting to hire.

This company just has to be very close to the worse carpet cleaning company out there. I scheduled a cleaning with them. They scheduled it out two weeks. They never showed up to perform the service. The excuse was they called to confirm but couldn’t reach anyone.

They wanted to reschedule another two weeks out. Clearly that won’t happen.

The lack of professionalism and customer centric culture makes them the bottom of the barrel in customer service.

This is a great company to work with for any of there services! Annually they come in and clean all our carpets....sometimes twice a year depending on the traffic from the dogs and young child. Everytime they come out looking like new. We also use there residental house cleaning. We are very happy with this option to have. The value of not dealing with it all and getting to do fun things on weekends makes it well worth it. They are very well priced for both carpet cleaning and house cleaning.

Bryan was very professional and efficient. He provided me with very beneficial information on the care of my carpet. My light creme carpet looks so refreshed and clean. Truly feel fortunate in finding such a skilled carpet cleaner in the area.

They made my old white carpets look new! Thank YoU!

Today was the first day I have used All Star for carpet cleaning, but it will not be the last. They know their job and do it well. I was very pleased with the results and I enjoyed talking with them. I highly recommend All Star!

We had the living room, hallway and two bedrooms cleaned. The owner arrived on time, cleaned our carpets, and was very professional and informative. He took the time to talk to me about caring for your carpets and what the safest/best spot cleaners are to touch up between cleanings. The living room carpet actually had lines in it due to wicking from using a rented carpet cleaner. We were unsure if the lines would come up. All of the carpets look great and the living room carpet is line free and looks brand new. We recommend All Star Pro Cleaning for anyone looking to have their carpets professionally cleaned.

I have used All Star Cleaning for about 2yrs now. Jennifer and crew clean our house monthly and Bryan cleans the carpets yearly. Every time, I enjoy coming home knowing that my most used rooms are back to looking and smelling like new. I recently hired them to clean my grandma's house which hasn't had a deep cleaning in years. After the first time, you can tell it's a 100% improvement. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely would recommend them. My carpet was pretty bad (2 dogs, kids) and it looks brand new! Professional, showed up right when they said they would. Amazing customer service. Never going anywhere else.

On time, excellent job, friendly & informative! The whole place looked brighter , cleaner & smelled fresher. Thank you!

All Star did a fantastic job on the carpeting at my mom's house! They were able to pull up old stains and made the worn areas look good again. The difference was dramatic! They were responsive on the phone and easy to work with in person as well. Definitely recommend!

All Star came to our house today for a carpet cleaning job, and we were not disappointed! Extremely friendly, and they very clear on all of the aspects of the job to be done. They then worked hard and the carpet has never looked better. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I hope you give them a try. Thanks!

The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was friendly and professional. Before leaving he provided thorough care instructions for insuring the carpet would dry completely within 24 hours. Unfortunately the carpet was very wet when he was done. It actually took 2 days before it was completely dry and we had 2 fans running. I also didn't get that freshly-cleaned-carpet scent that I have experienced with other cleaning services.

Professional and honest from start to finish! I am so glad I found this great company to work with. He did an amazing job, and I will be calling them again and again. Thank you!

I have used this company in the past, so glad to have them back. They are professional, have reasonable rates and the results are fantastic. Carpets look wonderful after their carpet cleaning. They take care with your home and you can tell they care about their customers. Great job will gladly have them back in the future. All Star really is a Five Star company. Thank You.
