These guys are the best HVAC company I have worked with. Reasonable quotes - literally saved me thousands vs the other guys! Timely, efficient, and CLEAN! And SUPER responsive - had a recent issue with the thermostat (manufacture problem), contacted our installer, and he was out there an hour later (on Saturday) and unit replaced and working! Thank you!!!

I called in the late afternoon to have a repairman out and received a call back within 30 mins. I had an appointment the next morning, which was above my expectations. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with my service.

Very unhappy with this company.
They did an installation of a $5,200.00 "mini split" unit.

A little over a year later, the unit leaked out all refrigerant.
We asked that they fix it for free
as it was identified by another company as an " installation failure".
Miller would not agree to fix it for free and after receiving an unprofessional and disturbing email from them, we are having another company fix it for $1,000.00. and 5 hours of work.
Yes, it takes that long.

Saturday evening, Sept 18 my AC goes caput. My husband normally takes care of these types of things. But my husband is a first responder for disaster relief, and has been in Louisiana for 3 weeks.
I wasn't sure what to do, or who to call. And I remembered that my buddy from high school(many many years ago)owns Miller Heating and Air (Brian Miller). I sent him a message, described my problem and he had Marvin here within the hour (and it's Sunday!!!) Marvin gave was absolutely stellar! He did the work efficiently and with a smile. (Marvin, you are my rockstar bud)
My AC is fixed, this lady is super happy and my husband said, well.. I'm just gonna let you handle this stuff from now on 😂😂 Thank you so much!! Huge 5 stars

We absolutely LOVE our service from Miller heating and cooling. We’ve used them 3 times over the course of 2 years.
1st Time was when our furnace went out and we had just brought our son home. They were out the next day and were able to install a brand new furnace within two days. They quoted us a very reasonable price and were speedy.
2nd time we noticed our A/C couldn’t keep up with the heat and we were nervous our A/C unit was going out. They came out and alerted us that our duct work is too small but it would cost an absorbent amount to replace and recommended to not replace them. I was so happy they were honest with us because I feel another company would have pushed us to replace the whole system and duct work.
3rd time was today! We called yesterday and mentioned our A/C was not working. They were able to squeeze us in today! Our A/C was out of freon and they were able to fill it up today. They also warned us that the brand of freon needed for our A/C will no longer be made in the next year or two; meaning we will have to replace our A/C unit if it runs out of freon. I’m thankful he told us this because now I can save up for the new A/C unit if it happens. So happy Miller Heating and cooling are honest people. I feel most companies wouldn’t have warned us about that and when we called in a few years for more freon; we’d be blindsided with the fact that we have to replace our A/C right then and there.
Miller heating and cooling are honest, on time, reasonably priced, and you can trust their judgement. I highly recommend them and can’t say enough good things about them!
