Excellent and prompt service! Our (older) central air conditioning had quit working right at the beginning of one of this summer's 90 degrees+ heat waves. Edwards came out within an hour or so, tracked the problem, and tackled it - problem fixed, and we've been staying cool ever since!

Galen has always been responsive and professional. He is thorough and budget conscious when making suggestions. He is very responsive when calling him and available on weekends if/when needed. Good for emergency work as well as year to year maintenance.

For 10 years we have used Edwards for drain issues to new furnace and central air installation to garbage disposal installation, hot water tank installation you name it Galen has come out to install or fix it for us. Always happy with his service and will continue to use Edwards for all our plumbing and heating and cooling needs.

Contacted at noon… they worked me in the same day for a hot water tank replacement. Arrived on time. Quality work at a reasonable price. Even cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend their services.

We have been Extremely happy with Galens'quick "call back", setting of app't., and remedeying the plumbing situation! Have had his business for the past 2 years and have had him do jobs like whole bathroom remodels, to New plumbing installs using a vintage finish piece(ourchoice), and combining it with a "custom order commercial set". The finished "look" was Exactly what we were wanting!😊. I will continue to call him! A Very Happy Customer!!

Edward's Plumbing is a great company. Galen is always available to take care of whatever is going on quickly and without overcharging. He had to crawl into a pretty disgusting place under our porch to put in our new central air unit and did so without a word of complaint. You can't go wrong with Edwards Plumbing.

I had a problem with my shower and wanted it fix asap. I wasn't expecting them to fix it the same day but they did. The guys that came to my house were very knowledgeable about what needed to be fix and they got the job done. If i ever have any other plumbing problems I know who to call. I had a new Armstrong furnace installed. Galin is very knowledgeable and his helper Drew was very energetic and helpful. I had to wait about 6 days for the install since they had other furnace installs prior to mine. I have used this company before. When I started having a problem Galin fit me in his schedule to check the furnace out right away. I got 3 other estimates and he was very reasonable. He gave me the option to repair it but putting in a new motor in a 23 yr old furnace just did not make sense to me. After researching Armstrong which is owned b Lennox, I found out they were very well rated.

Edwards Plumbing is our #1go to for anything/everything involving plumbing!!!! Top caliber service, professional, very reasonable rates and dependable. Can't go wrong calling/ using Galen & his staff at Edwards Plumbing !!!!!

The good part is his wife always answers. Basically shows up and will text if late. Nothing about the price is reasonable and maybe it's just me. 1 hour of work was about 350 bucks. I am excluding the 10 minutes he took to write the bill. I checked online for a price of the part that failed. $142-$160. His markup isn't ~40% which is more typical. He's basically 2x ,so $300. So 1 hour of work and part online that is 150 bucks will cost you $650.

I called in and they were able to diagnose it over the phone. They ordered parts and schedule the appointment when they got them. Showed up on time and took less time and they told me it would. Heater has worked flawlessly since then. I would recommend Edwards plumbing to anyone. Edwards plumbing has done work fort most of my family, and has never let us down.

We have had Galen Edwards, Edwards Plumbing and Heating, service our home plumbing, and all HVAC issues for at least 25 years. He sets appointments, calls on his way and gets there when he says he will be there. The work is outstanding and he has a very broad knowledge of his field. I highly recommend him.

We've been calling on Galen Edwards for years to repair, replace, or just inspect plumbing for us.
Doesn't matter if it's early or late, weekday or weekend, if he doesn't answer the phone himself his answering service will have him in touch with you within 30 minutes, and he'll be out within a couple of days at most.
Yes, he seems gruff but his no-nonsense attitude speaks to the fact that he's all business when dealing with a plumbing issue.
Also love that he readily apprentices young folk and although they may not realize it, they're being taught by one of the best in the business.
