Ryan was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He communicated frequently and made sure I knew when his crew was coming. He trimmed four large trees in my yard and cleaned everything up. I will be using him again for future tree projects.

Found a promotional sign placed in my yard by this company. no permission was granted, and we didn't even have any service done. I guess they decided the work my family has done on our property should be accredited to their business. It seems other people have had this problem as well.

Edit: The sign was placed on a piece of land that does not look like a part of our property, but is. I understand the misunderstanding, but I don't appreciate having my yard used for soliciting.

I have several signs placed around my property that say "no soliciting". I hope this message couldn't be clearer.

Ryan came to my house to give me an estimate on trimming back several dozen large limbs that hung overtop my deck, shed & house. He’s very knowledgeable and provided me with a fair, accurate estimate.

Him & his crew arrived on time today and completed the work exactly as he described during his initial visit. They very carefully dropped each limb so it didn’t hit anything. He even took the time to sweep off my deck and rid of all the debris that fell. By the time he left, the area was so clean you wouldn’t have noticed major tree work just took place.

This was my first experience having a tree cut down on my property. Ryan was awesome to work with. He kept in communication with me along the way. We talked through weather issues and he explained everything the team would be doing. His team even placed logs around the perimeter of our fence so our dogs can't burrow. Ryan took care of everything with calling 811 and also talking to our neighbors about using/blocking their driveway. I would highly recommend MetaWood and will be using them for landscaping needs in the Spring!!

We had a crew from MetaWood prune our oak tree today, and they did an amazing job. The crew did a great job. We’re on time, worked carefully on a tricky large tree removal, and completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up the area and repaired some slight turf damage that occurred. Very pleased with the job and would recommend MetaWood Tree Service to anyone needing tree work.
