This review is for Air Quality Solutions, Columbus, Ohio. Our furnace recently went out on a very cold night. My hubby has been recuperating for a few months after being seriously ill. I was worried about trying to keep him warm. My previous furnace company could not make an emergency call. A very good friend recommended AQS & Nick, a technician, came out the same day! Unfortunately, at the time he could not diagnose the problem. He said something triggered the safety switch, but he could not find anything wrong. It worked for five days and went out again on a Saturday night when it was extremely cold. It was a miserable night. I left a message, hoping that they checked messages. The owner Larry Titus, called me the next morning. He was going to come out in the afternoon but Nick called me who lived nearby & he came out again on Sunday afternoon. The same problem occurred so he & another technician had to bring special equipment on Monday to find out what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was a bad heat exchanger and the supplier had to get a part for them before they could repair it. They came back on Tuesday And replaced the heat exchanger, which I understand is quite a job because they had to take the furnace apart. The heat exchanger looked terrible and was very scary looking. I highly recommend Air Quality Solutions. Nick the technician was very thorough every step of the way. He and Connor make a good team. 2 extremely nice young men. I also want to thank Larry the owner of the company for expediting this repair. I will be using Air Quality Solutions for all my furnace and air-conditioning concerns in the future! Thank you gentlemen for taking care of us & making our home safe.

Professional service and high quality work - have had both my A/C and Furnace replaced/installed by AQS and highly recommend working with them. Connor and Larry (and everyone at AQS) are highly trained. AQS also offers convenient, long term maintenance plans for seasonal furnace/AC checks.

I had a great experience with AQS. Connor was excellent. Very knowledgeable, easy going, took the time to answer all my questions. He replaced both heat exchangers in only 3 hours where Logan said two guys taking all day at twice the price. He showed me how fouled the old ones were. The furnace works great and with low CO levels in the exhaust now. Will do business with them again. I hope AQS keeps Connor around!

This company was amazing to work with. The owner came out and gave me an estimate and noticed the problem with our furnace, the first five seconds he was there. As we have had issues with our furnace and several other companies come out, and he noticed that our furnace was installed incorrectly. Our house gets warmer and cooler so much faster since they have fixed the issue and have saved us money on our electric bill. Highly recommend them.

We’ve had a great experience with AQS. Connor was our tech and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue at our house. He took his time, explained the issue thoroughly, and followed up with us to ensure no further issues occurred. The company has been responsive and forthright with everything they’ve done. I’ll continue using them in the future.

This is the best HVAC system ever. We have lived in this house for more than 20 years and this is the third furnace we have had . It is way above my expectations. Our home is one even temperature all throughout. Our upstairs is the warmest it has ever been. And the heat pump will save us on our gas bill. The whole system it is so quiet I can hardly tell it is on. Larry is amazing and I would recommend this company, time and time again.

Had them out to refill freon. They quoted $1000 for JUST the freon and tried to hard-sell their unit replacement. Charged $89 for a diagnostic fee and we're still going to have to contact a different place. We were trying to support a local business, but this place is only interested in how much $$ they can wring out of you.
