I wish I could double my stars! 10 stars for Nick Lupo & Ceaser and what their crew did for us. They were quick and efficient and their hard work helped save our basement. Not only that but they went above a beyond far exceeding my expectations - actually taking the time to rebuild the table setup I have for my iguana cages and plugging it all back in for me, which I totally was not expecting. After the horrible experience of this flood and damage it did, the work this team did today has been a huge positive. Thank you again to Nick Lupo & Ceaser and their crew that was here today!!

We had a fire that burned everything in our garage - all our outdoor powered equipment, holiday decorations, garden equipment, and some antique tools & other items. Hannah & Gregg and their teams were kind, respectful, and worked so hard to get the rubble and burned items removed.
They were thoughtful in letting us try to find things to salvage, just have some small pieces of our history.
They did a great job.

Angie, Steve, Johanna and crew did an amazing job with cleaning walls, ceilings and contents of our home. They were efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them and SERVEPRO

Jake and Nick were both very personable and friendly, as well as the crew that was with them. My basement flooded and was very challenging to deal with because I have a whole workout room down there with many pieces of equipment. Everything was very heavy and they had to move everything around. They were very respectful with our belongings.

Jamie and his crew were thorough, detailed, and honest. They did a great job with our cleanup and we haven’t decided yet but we are considering their business for the repair process as well!

James, Jose and Christian arrived on time and did a great job. They were all very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend!!

Our basement flooded due to the cities incompetence so we called Servpro and Michael O’Malley showed up quickly with a team to help clean out our basement. A few days later, Graham and Omar came to inspect the basement and pick up the equipment. They were all so kind and great to work with. They were thorough and explained the whole process and did a great job.

Anthony and Jamie Anderson and crew were awesome everything was done quickly and efficiently and the level of professionalism was awesome would definitely Recommend to family and friends and anyone for that matter

Servpro came out for a broken pipe we had that flooded 2 floors, Ryan responded quickly and was very nice and helpful. John and Ramon did the work and John explained everything he was doing, and why. All in all just a great overall experience with a great company. Thank you ServPro!

Servpro came out and assessed our situation quickly, and had a team in, same day, to clean and disinfect our space. The team was polite and courteous, and did a great job! We worked with Anthony, Jake, Edward and Pedro. They were wonderful!

The crews were very polite and helpful. However, the crew that did the initial demo and installed the fans place a wet toilet on floors that were unaffected by the loss, spilled water from that same toilet on the perfectly good floor, and put a wet plunger on the laminate floor in our master bedroom causing buckling that just simply should not have happened.

The Servpro team at Groveport is absolutely incredible! We recently suffered a major house fire and their services covered everything that needed to be done. During such a traumatic and extremely difficult time for our family, the team was respectful, compassionate, efficient and very easy to work with. Hannah lead the clean up crew while Ryan managed all the projects. Both have been wonderful to work and their teams were just as great. I highly recommend this company and all the many services they offer.

Gram and Arley came to the house and were fantastic to work with. Very thorough and answered all of my questions. The guys were even great with our 1 year old watching them work. Will always be thankful for Servpro helping us during this time.

I just wanted to get on here and say what an exceptional job James and Christian did. They went above and beyond for us! They responded very fast when called for water damage and immediately got to work! Even the day after I got back to my office and they had my things neatly organized and in order (something I’m sure they didn’t have to do, but did it anyway)! I would highly recommend them to anyone, for any job!

Hannah and the team did an incredible job. She was very communicative and prompt with the service and planning. Everything was left spotless and more organized than it was before hand. Their attention and care truly helped bring some calm into a very stressful time and I am so grateful for Hannah and the team.

Highly recommend reviewing your initial estimate in detail after machines are set up to ensure the number of air movers and humidifier are correct for the final estimate and final bill/invoice.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Jaime, Angie, Christian, Joanna and their whole crew were thorough, quick and professional. They helped make a very challenging time a little better. I called on a Wednesday morning, Ryan was out to assess within 2 hours and Jaime’s team started water mitigation within another 2. Great to work with!

Josh and Pedro did an amazing job rectifying our mold problem! From cutting out all drywall and cabinets that were affected to walking through all the steps with us. They went above and beyond all of our requests. We highly recommend them!!!
