I didn't think the blower was working on our new HVAC system without the AC/ Furnace running as well FRANKLIN Heating and Cooling sent Caleb out to look at it. He determined the blower was working, but was set to the minimum setting. He adjusted the setting so that it was moving more air...problem solved. Caleb is always polite and friendly, but even more importantly, he solves whatever problem crops up. It didn't take him any time to determine what was going on today! Franklin Heating and Cooling is a great company with awesome, knowledgeable employees, Caleb is definitely one of them!

They're friendly, reasonably priced and will get you on the schedule as quickly and as soon as they can. They're also honest, unlike another company I've tried. Good job Franklin Heating and Refrigeration, you keep me coming back!

Update: My AC quit working last Saturday! Caleb was on call and was able to come out Sunday. Unfortunately, I needed a new blower motor which he didn't have on his truck. I have COPD so I was concerned about the heat, humidity and pollutants in the air. Caleb called the owner and on Monday Jessica contacted me with an estimate and got me on the list to have the blower motor replaced that day. Thanks to Caleb, the caring attitude of the owner, and the office gals, my AC was back up and running Monday.
They're a top notch company!!!

UPDATE: 10/18/2024 Caleb was here to do annual maintenance on my furnace. As usual, he was friendly and polite. He took his time and seemed to be very thorough. He pointed out something to keep an eye on and explained that he turned on the humidifier in anticipation of the need for heat in the near future. I've experienced other HVAC company's, one of which was outright crooked, and none compare to Franklin Heating and Cooling. They're a caring, professional and friendly bunch of folks!

This company is exceptional! From my very first contact with them through the technician’s visit, I felt cared about and respected. . Ron was wonderful, so honest, didn’t try to sell us a system, just told us straight out what needed to be fixed, he was also a very good listener and he is so easy to be around.

All the folk involved in the sale, and install of my new Carrier furnace, including Mark, sales; T. Jackson, Tech., diagnosed my old unit, and explained options for my consideration, and Shaine, Xavier, installation, they worked and got the job done, and well, I will add. The entire effort was done by well mannered, pros. I got 20 plus years from the old unit, I hope I get as many out of my Carrier, especially considering my age.

One time and courteous. Respectful of your home. Knowledgeable and Friendly. They have replaced both our AC and Furnace. Have had a few small issues and they have work to resolve them.

As always it was a pleasure to have Chris, our technician, in our home. He is very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gladly answered any and all questions we had. When he left, after completing the jobs, you would never know he had been here. We will be looking forward to have him perform the air conditioning check in the spring.

Super happy with what I bought. Technicians were awesome. The Carrier furnace and AC work great. Price was right. They knocked it out of the park. So glad my best friend recommended them.

Franklin Heating & Cooling has been a lifesaver for me! Years ago when I could not find anyone to service my boiler system they agreed to drive out of their service area to check it. I’ve had them out annually ever since. Service is prompt and reasonably priced. Chris knows my quirky heating system inside and out, is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I've used Franklin Heating and Cooling for several projects including cleaning/servicing our old furnace as well as installing a new a/c unit that works great. They have installed a whole house humidifier that cuts down on dry skin and static in the winter. I have even called them just for advice on window-units and mini-splits so I can advise family on the other side of the country. They are my go-to people for all things heating and A/C.

I have used this company for years for our business properties because they have always proven to be quick acting, efficient, and fairly priced. And it was certainly no different when I recently needed to reach out for a personal home issue! Highly recommend!

Xavier went above and beyond! Even after I told him someone else had already looked at my AC, he still took the time to come by and double-check everything himself. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job and making sure everything is working properly. Really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail!

I had a full system replacement and the team was friendly, respectful and super informative! They were quick to schedule and quick to finish! I had several quotes and Franklin offered the best options for the price.

Needed a late night weekend service call because the outside compressor was not working so we were not getting cold air. Xavier was sent out around 1 AM and was able to get the unit fixed in about an hour. Excellent service for an excellent price.

I wanted to give a shout out to Franklin Heating and Cooling. I needed a new air Ohio conditioning unit for a very difficult to cool three story condominium and they were very patient with me and with my situation. Franklin worked with me until the cooling situation was resolved. Everyone from the scheduling office to the technicians were polite and professional and never once was I made to feel like I was a problem. The technician, Xavier, especially comes to mind as standing out for his diligence OK girland Jackie who scheduled the work for getting it done expeditiously. Thanks to all.

I had my furnace go out and the next day they sent Tony and he got it back up and running in no time. Tony was very professional and explained what he was doing.
