Chris and the team at Garden Path team do phenomenal work and go above and beyond from a customer service standpoint! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have an absolute excellent experience from a landscape and hard scape standpoint.

We used GP a few years back to transform our backyard with a patio, deck extension, and landscaping. Since then have used them to spruce up some landscaping and install outdoor lighting in the front. They are absolutely the gold standard when it comes to customer service and you will 100% get your money's worth with their work.

We're very happy with the work that Garden Path Landscaping performed at our home. Chris created a unique landscape design that very much complemented our home's exterior. The plants installed really differentiate our home from the others in the neighborhood.

Garden Path Landscaping LLC exceeded our expectations. Our project consisted of a new 20'x40' pool, a 200' +/- 4'-0" landscape wall needed to level the site, a full pool house with bathroom, and outside kitchen plus outside lighting, landscaping, and hardscaping. Being in commercial construction business for over 40 years I was impressed with the crews from Garden Path. They know their trade, they are neat, couteous and what is very important they work with other contractors on the project. Our project started in November and completed in April. Chris took the lead role in getting the right crews to the site at the right time. Due to their performance we kept them to treat our lawns.

Would not recommend them to anyone. Contacted them late September for a quote on new landscaping design for front/back and stone veneer work along driveway. Initial impressions were good and really liked the ideas they had for my property. I was told it would be about a week to get a quote back. Several weeks went by and I inquired as to what was taking so long and they said it must be a computer problem. I even had them mail me a quote which they claim they did but I never received one. After a month I asked if they even still want my business and they NEVER responded. It leads me to believe they never actually completed the quote I asked for and just ghosted me. Absolutely abysmal customer service and communication. It’s a shame because it was actually would have been a very lucrative job for them with the amount of work I needed. I will definitely be looking elsewhere to have my work completed on the spring.

Do not recommend The Garden Path Landscape Services to anyone. Man came out, did an assessment on a Wed, said he would get me an estimate by the end of the week. That was July 26th. I have made multiple contacts to the office with no follow through by them. It’s now 3+ weeks later.. do not waste your time!

Received an estimate via email, responded back to the email asking when we could start... no response. Called them and spoke with a lady who said she would have them call me back... no call back.

UPDATE 7-8-2020: Garden path came out to do the job. HUGE miscommunication. At the end of the day, Garden Path made it right and only were worried about if we were happy. They did a great job and the crew was super friendly. For this I changed my review to 4 stars instead of 2 stars. Honestly would have gave 5 stars if there wasn’t a communication problem.

We've partnered with Garden Path on several jobs and are thankful for their quality of work, ability to get things done in a timely manner and value. They have a great team of people who are talented and respectful. And they offer a large range of services that allow them to be a great fit for most jobs. I recommend them highly!

Garden Path does a variety of commercial work for us including a residential development, a homeowner's association and commercial office building. They do outstanding work, including a total rework of the landscaping at our building in the fall of 2015. Gave it a totally different look and we get a couple of compliments every week. Better yet, there are no worries, it's just "done." Have referred them many times without hesitation.

This company has disappointed us in more ways than one. Upon our first consultation, we waited three weeks to receive a drawing based off of our discussion. In fact, I had to email them to ask if they were still interested in working with us in which a drawing then arrived two days later. The second consultation was then forgotten about and we were called at the last minute to say they mixed up the days after I left work early to meet them at our home. We happily re-scheduled and after this second consultation that included almost a full landscaping re-do as well as a fire pit and garden area, we have been left with no answer after three weeks of waiting. Our neighbors down the street had their entire back yard re-done by them, but I cannot say for sure why our project is no longer (nor ever was) a priority. We have made every accommodation possible and yet there is no response and follow-up. We will be searching for a new company to do our business with and no longer pursue Garden Path Landscaping.

I wish I had a before photo of my yard to illustrate this, but it was covered in weeds - the previous owner hadn't touched it for years. My neighbor mentioned he uses GPL on his own land, so I called and signed up for 5 treatments/year. I noticed a difference at the end of our first Summer with them but was skeptical if the weeds would return. Next year, no weeds PLUS the lawn was thick and lush. I have also used GPL to leaf and branch removal (it is nice to have an end-of-season clean sweep). Overall, my experience has been great and I am the proud owner of a nice yard. Highly recommend.

We’ve been using Garden Path for years for annual cleanup and grass fertilizer and have always been pleased. This year we did a full rip and replace of our old shrubbery. Perry and his team did an amazing job. Our house looks brand new! Highly recommend this company

In 2019, my wife and I contracted with Garden Path (GP) for three major projects – building a new Cabana in our backyard; building a new façade on the front of our house and completely updating the exterior of the house; and, completely re-landscaping both the front and back. Due to the extent of these projects, Garden Path worked at our house for approximately one year. We always found the GP folks to be very professional, friendly, and easy to work with; and, to generally hit the milestones and dates of all the projects (weather tends to be a factor in such outdoor work). They essentially helped us remake our house, and we are very pleased with the results. The neighbors cannot believe how we have completely transformed the house. We always felt that the GP folks listened to our ideas and we felt like we were getting good value for the dollars we invested in these projects.

Prior to these projects, we used GP for all of our outside landscaping services at our previous house, and that working relationship lasted for approximately fifteen years. We have enjoyed working with Chris and his team (really great people).

We had a seemingly impossible task...how to secure a hillside, make it look attractive and low maintenance. Not only did Garden Path have great ideas for handling this situation, they got the work completed efficiently. AND it looks great. This was one of the keys to transforming our backyard into a resort destination. We remodeled our pool and Garden Path Landscaping completed the cedar fence, secured the back hill with rip wrap, brought in dirt, leveled the backyard, new sod and installed a campfire style fire pit. Outstanding service and communication. We use them for ALL our landscaping projects. They winterized our gardens, installed new landscaping in a feature bed in the front of our house. We look forward to them waking our gardens up this spring.

We had a vision of a back yard pool and landscaped area, but were not sure how to bring it to life. Garden Path worked with us to create drawings and over the course of the project, they created something that will bring years of enjoyment to our family. Chris Raines and team left nothing to chance as they demonstrated great workmanship on a very large retaining wall, complete redesign of the landscaping plan and a fantastic inground pool. Despite all of the supply chain challenges over the past year, the team did absolutely everything in their control to bring the project to completion as quickly as possible and on budget. We would recommend them highly for their workmanship but also for being a business of integrity with polite, professional employees who understand the value of creating trustworthiness when it comes to working in and around someone's home.

When we moved back from California to Ohio, having an outdoor living oasis was an absolute must. We found a great house but the outdoor living space didn't exist. It was a start from scratch project!

After interviewing several companies I was introduced to Chris Raines, owner of Garden Path Landscaping. Chris could not have been more professional or genuine. He took the time to get to know us, our family, our lifestyle and our vision. Unlike most, he and his team do not work from cookie cutter templates. Everything was fully customized to our tastes. From the design work to working with us on budgeting and throughout the construction process I couldn't imagine it having gone any better. What I really appreciated was Chris's ability manage so many moving parts and people all while being our single point of communication for the entire project - landscaping, in-ground pool, pool decking, audio, lighting and electric.

The people Chris works with are also very professional and do amazing work. The entire project exceeded our expectations. Chris even found a way to give us a taste of California with our very own live Palm Tree planter box! I would highly recommend Garden Path Landscaping and Chris Raines. I will definitely continue working with this team for phase 2.

Reese was so responsive to all of our questions. Love our new space and will come back for future outdoor projects!

We’ve had a terrific experience with a recently completed project done by Garden Path Landscaping. Everyone we worked with was accommodating, timely with answering questions and emails, pleasant to work with, and the project was finished as expected. The final outcome was beautiful. We definitely recommend Garden Path and would use them again without hesitation.

Amazing! The work done to my backyard is more than I dreamed it could be. We had pool installation that included plumbing and electrical, concrete, fence and landscaping (sod, seed and trees). Chris did my initial design and stayed in contact with me through the whole project. Reece with Westside Pools was great and very nice. Every person that worked in our yard was respectful, nice and a joy to talk to. I just can't say enough. We have had many neighbors compliment our yard and hopefully will bring more business to them.

We asked Chris to build a sculptured garden wall and stairways about a decade ago and liked the quality of the work and design so much that when we decided to add pavers and a Pergola to our back yard we asked Chris to help design and build that as well. We were very pleased with the experience with all the Garden Path employees, the support (and space) we received in the planning process, and the professionalism of the installation.
