I own a tree service in Springfield Ohio I go down there quite a bit working that area this is the only dump around people are very friendly the pricing is just a little too high $40 for a Trailer Load I would understand if they had to pay to get rid of it but they just turn it into mulch and resell it other companies should get a discount while dumping there

They did a great job and cleaned everything up when finished!

Purchased mulch from Brown's. Best price that I've found for bulk mulch and it is high quality mulch, Reasonable delivery price as well.

They have the best prices for mulch in the area. The gentleman who I dealt with was very friendly and efficient loading my truck quickly. I will return when I need more mulch.

Ron's crew did a fantastic job. They cut down a 60 foot tall honey locust tree full of thorns. After cleaning up you could not tell they were there.

Anita was very nice answered every question I asked job was done promptly and to my liking

Ronnie and his crew are the best. They were very inexpensive and done superior work. Would recommend giving these guys a call first, they will save you a lot of money 💰.

Visited for bulk mulch and was super happy with their yard attendant. He was super helpful and assisted me quickly so I was in and out. Pricing was the best in the area after checking around for a while.

All I can say from my dealing w/them, is:
Be careful abt dealing w/their crew ‘foreman’ directly.. to not be ‘taken for a ride’ in the price, &
Be careful to ensure they do all agreed upon work for the agreed upon price.
Just lookout for yourself and your $., &
Pay w/ a check.
..b/c I can not help but think that I was cheated/scammed by 1 of their workers as:
I was poss’ly overcharged
I did not receive the work I was promised, and that we agreed to, and for which I paid.
Andrew agreed to clear everything above the fence line, but then did not.
And they seem to support this behavior.

He told me that he would come back to ensure that I was satisfied, but he did/has not fulfilled that promise.
He told me to call him, but he has [apparently] blocked my calls, and has not replied to texts.
He said that you have a $1000 min to bring out your bucket truck, yet you quoted me only $300.

It was the same day that he trimmed a nearby hs., b/c when I saw them, I called their co., & was told to ask him for an estimate...
I simply called their office for a quote [when I saw their truck on my street] and was told [by lady] that it’d be a over a week before someone would come out, or I could just ask the foreman to do so then, which I did.. Andrew quoted me $800 to clear everything above the fence line, but then did not fulfill that promise, as he only cut ½ of what was agreed to.

So, based upon this, would I have to say that Ron Browns Tree Service
Does not fulfill promises, or honor their word,
Or warranty their work,
Or complete their obligations
..?

These men are a joy to watch. The crew moves like a dance. The men seem to know every move needed. The men communicated to each other as if they didn’t need to talk. I was very impressed with their work. I will not hesitate to call on them in the future. Also, the price is fair.

Our HOA has used Browns Tree Service for many years. Excellent work and fair pricing. Professional and clean.

Doesn't matter how high I pack my trailer, the price is still the same. Good people

We have used Browns before and they are always awesome! They gave us a great price to do a lot of tree work on our property and it was done quickly and efficiently. This company has been in business for a long time and it shows. They are punctual and professional and I highly recommend them for all of your tree needs.

The shelter at the corner of the road to come around to get mulch was built not only for the employees but for the customers to have lunch also

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you are requesting a quote make sure you tell them you want to speak with them when they come here or they assume you don’t want to even though you tell them to come at a certain time. Why would I want you come at a certain time if I don’t want to be there when you come. Also how would you know what tree to quote since I have multiple trees in my yard. Never in my life have I ever had a company not give a call ahead or assume you don’t want to be there for the quote and just leave at quote at the door without knocking, calling or anything. I was even home waiting all morning set aside plans I had so I could be home to show the correct tree and talk with them when they came. Horrible business I would never recommend this company.

horrible experience from start to finish, outdated process, they show up for an estimate and don't even tell you they did it or are there. I had a simple branch to cut down and they end up dropping it on the electrical wire going to the house and pull off the anchor. The owner shows up and doesn't even bother to get out of his car.
