I had a plumbing issue late at night and I was relieved a tech was able to come out the same evening. Craig arrived earlier than expected which was great, and he explained the issue with patience and kindness. When some of the services were outside of my budget, Craig offered some helpful solutions I could do on my own for a quick fix. Trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Chris Browning was absolutely outstanding and extremely knowledgeable in regards to our basement drain pipe clog. He was extremely kind and provided great in depth knowledge on our issue and how to prevent the problem in the future. He gave us a straight forward solution to our problem with no run around. I am extremely grateful for his excellent service and support.

I was very happy Our plumber Andy showed up on a Sunday just a couple hours after we called in our toilet related emergency. It didn’t take him long to figure out the issue. I pulled the toilet and he ran a 75 foot power snake down the line which solved the problem.

BRAD the Technician /Plumber is very inquisitive and knowledgeable and was KIND. He’s very passionate about his job at Roto-Rooter. The reason why I called them services for our restaurant ASIANA, because they took care of us before.

Brad was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and what the cost was at the beginning. If there were issues with the sewer line, he explained what to needed to be done. He would tell you what he was doing while he was doing it. He also noted that my outdoor water faucet needed to have the nut tighten to keep it from leaking. I highly recommend him for your sewer system cleaning.

They came out on Thanksgiving weekend to fix our clogged kitchen sink. The team was easy to communicate with and Andy did great work.

I needed my hot water replaced it was 12 yrs old and starting to leak. Called Roto Rooter whom I've used before. The customer service call was very nice and professional and told me about a coupon that was available. They got someone out right away. Matt came to our home and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and got the job done timely. The price offered was lower than other companies. Will continue to use them in the future.

Roto-Rooter replaced the toilet in our basement quickly and efficiently at a great price today. They quoted us on Monday and had the new parts the very next day! Sage installed it in a timely manner even though it was a tricky install. We are so pleased and we will definitely call them again with any other plumbing issues that we encounter. The entire Roto Rooter team was efficient, courteous, and got things repaired quickly. In particular, Mr. Browning was a huge help, as he walked me through the explanation of the problem, visually showed me the tree roots that had infiltrated our pipes, and offered options for repair. He did an excellent job illustrating the consequences (good and bad) of each option and guiding me toward the most prudent choice while still allowing me to make my own decision. I am very grateful for his guidance and his coordination of the overall project. No one likes to be hit with massive home repairs, but I have peace of mind knowing that we pursued the right path with the right people. That in and of itself is priceless. Thank you.
