I had a great experience with Tim from AAA Appliance Repair. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed issue with the refrigerator, explained everything and fixed it quickly. He was genuinely friendly. I highly recommend AAA Appliance Repair to anyone needing, fast reliable service.

Tim, the service man, was very knowledgeable about my washing unit. He was very friendly and respectful. Arrived on time. I would have him back in my house anytime. My appointment was covered under my warranty, so I didn't pay anything.

Adam came to install our new dishwasher. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Not only does the dishwasher look perfectly installed and run as it should, he provided well-informed advice on how to keep it running at peak performance. We plan on having him return for some other services!

Adam and his team did such a nice job on our dryer!! So kind, and more thorough than anyone I’ve worked with. Took the time to explain things to me, answer my questions and let me take photos to show my husband. They came out until the issue was solved. Would highly recommend!

Top notch company. Great response, polite, professional and they know what they are doing. Explained so much about how the oven works and why the board that went out caused the issues we saw. Scheduled a date and time with warranty. Got a text from a non callable number with a different date and time that didn’t work. Rescheduled. Next day got another text with a different date and time. Texted back with no response. Texted again today (service day) and was told someone called off today and they needed to reschedule. So they just did it. Asked for a manager to call and for them to not send anyone to my home outside of our scheduled time and was told the were done arguing with me, that a manager would just tell me the same thing, and that they would see me later. I then called GE and scheduled another service provider and let AAA know not to come and that it was handled. I did get a call while on with GE which may have been them, but the opportunity had passed. Basically, if you want to be able to contact your service company outside of text, or don’t like to be treated poorly, avoid this company.

And I’m sure they will respond as they do to every negative review here, and we shall see how that goes.

Wow! Adam was not only quick and efficient in the repairing of our fridge, but prior to that was very easy to connect with, communicate with and schedule the repair. Typically speaking hiring a repair person in the past has been more of a headache than anything. That IS NOT the case here! His number is saved in my phone for myself and my trusted clients!

Adam and Tony were patient and thorough in targeting the issues for both appliance repairs. They are knowledgeable and efficient, but do not rush the job. They were available for questions and concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the service before wrapping up. They kept everything clean and even were conscientious of keeping the counters and other surfaces safe (put towels down for their tools on our new countertops) which is an extra level of taking care of the customer. Fully recommend and will call if any other appliance needs arise!

All Pro Appliance was exceptional. Brian B. worked wonders for us, Thank You!! He called the mfg. to get the part which was under warranty, but would not send to us. Kept in contact about the process and then showed up and installed it professionally at very fair price. Old school level of customer service. Felt valued, and could not be happier! Chris came out to check our dryer on Wed 4/8 because we thought we had a problem. We dried a load of clothes and ended up with a orange colored stain on the dryer drum and the clothes.
Chris was on time, checked the dryer and the vent and cleaned everything. He was very helpful, had a lot of information to give us about things to do and not do. He was friendly, helpful and did his job efficiently. He will be our go-to company for all our appliance needs for repair. Try him for your appliance repairs. He is efficient and reasonable!
