I was in the hospital when our AC went off and could not meet personally with the service personal. My wife called to tell me. I called Dave and took care of everything over the phone. They kept me informed and it went as smooth as of l was there. I highly recommend Dave and his professional staff that treated us family.

Do not use this business under any circumstances. They have been assigned to my property for weeks but never showing up to the house or contacting us for what they were contractually hired to do. They collect money and never do the work. Also the child they have answering the phone is a rude unprofessional snot. Have people with customer service skills if you plan to have them interacting with people. This place is a 0. Find someone else to do the work I promise you it's not worth thier type of headache.

Our door handle became unlatched internally, so we contacted our property management company and they assigned the work order to Partnership Property Services. We had John help us and he was very nice, quick to respond, and got our door fixed super quickly even with having to replace both parts of the handle. Overall super pleased at how incredibly easy and quick our repair was!

This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are very rude and disrespectful. They can't even keep their schedules right! They come in with dirty shoes, slam your doors and do not complete the job correctly. They are very unprofessional, be aware if this company is assigned to your maintenance issue.

I’ve use them both as a landlord and at my personal home and were outstanding. As a landlord, they look out for your best interest by doing what is necessary and the most cost-effective. They understand the clean safe and functional aspects of all rentals and know that they are there working for the landlord not the tenant. They are respectful when they communicate and coordinate with your tenants.

As a homeowner they prioritize emergencies to get to problem issues quickly, to help limit damages to property.

The crew that came to my house worked well together and provided same day service to help resolve a leaking pressure reducing valve that developed a pin hole in the brass. It was an unusual malfunction that they were able to handle.

Repair guys came in first visit and was rude and didn’t fix the job properly the first time. Had to come back out to fix the job for a second time and he banged on my door for over 10 mins. I mean BANGING WITHOUT STOPPING. Also had another guy with him ringing the door bell at the same time like 50+ times. After completing the job the second time he walked out with dirty shoes and SLAMMED my front door. Shook the entire house. Mind you that everyone is sleeping and it was 8:20 am. We told them not to come before 10 am. THE REPAIR TEAM FOR AMERICAN HOMES IS AWFUL!!

I’d give them a 0 star if it was an option. They were hired months ago to come fix my sump pump then “fixed” it and for a week straight my water was running and making an extremely loud noise. They come weeks later to “fix” their mess up and come in with a rude, nasty attitude and not to mention my floors were a mess from their shoes. They said that we needed a new battery and would come that week then decided to come again weeks later and told me been 10-2 and came at 8 am on my child’s first day of school (I gave them a timeframe they could come and didn’t respect it any of the times I told them)- BEATING on my doors and ringing for 15 minutes straight (at the time my mom was here and didn’t know what to do or who it was). She was scared to death as were my children and they didn’t miss a beat to continue slamming my doors shut. The list goes on. NEVERRRRR use them!!! Waste of time and money!!!!

Rehage did a wonderful job with our new home's landscaping and sod. Their attention to detail was great and they were super friendly to work with. We highly recommend them and hope to have them do more work in the future.

Derek and his crew did a great job plowing our driveway. Would highly recommend them if you don’t want to dig out of the deep stuff alone.

Terrible job of plowing, applied salt on a sunny day with no snow forecasted in our area. They cut grass in droughts when the grass doesn't need mowing. I assume they have a contract with too many cuts, so they can stay busy in the summer. They also cut in the rain and when it's muddy, tracking mud all over the driveways and road. The grass cutters have no clue how to prune. Grass seed was applied in December. I know winter seeding is ok, but not in December. Most will rot and not germinate. Total incompetence, but they get contracts from large corporations with no supervision or instructions from the management and take advantage.

We are so very pleased with the fabulous work by Rehage Landscaping. The firepit and walkway they designed and built in our back yard are a focal point for all our family and friends. We love how these beautiful features draw people we know and love to our home. Everyone always asks, "are you going to have a bonfire?" The answer is, "Absolutely come on over and join the fun". We highly recommend and thank Rehage Landscaping.

I cannot thank you guys enough for the amazing and beautiful work you put into my new patio. It is absolutely perfect and both Derek and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. They are highly professional, kind and understanding and they are respectful of your property.

Rehage Landscaping did a great job keeping our business operating safely during the snowstorms this winter. They managed snow removal and salting the drive / walkways. They returned several times and made sure no ice developed by keeping the areas well salted.

They did a phenomenal job on our retaining wall. They worked through the rain. All kinds of bad weather to get it done quickly. Highly recommended!
