G2 replaced a walkway to our front door. We liked the honesty of the team regarding timelines and pricing. Post job there was an issue with the sprinkler system that G2 fixed immediately and to our satisfaction. In short they are professionals that know their stuff. Plus they were patient with us throughout the choice process and were able to supply many samples of material. Nice to work with them!

I would give 4 1/2 stars but that’s not an option. With that being said I would never give anyone 5 stars, not even I’m that good!

Carter created a detailed quote with a little help from me, I’m was a contractor before I retired so I know the game.
After some back and forth we came to agreement on price and work requirements.
Construction went relatively smoothly as can be expected on this type of project . Weather and scheduling on this type of work can be challenging.
Jeff , Javier and the rest of the crew worked long hours on the good weather days to get project completed on time.
You can see from the pictures the amazing transformation of my back yard.
If you can afford the travertine, I highly recommend it.
With all this being said, I would highly recommend G2 Hardscapes for your next project.

G2 Homescapes was excellent to work with! I was able to get quote for my sidewalk within 2 days and the job was completed less than 2 weeks later. The sidewalk looks great! The main reason we signed a contract today with G2 for a new deck is, basically, because of James Sandlin! Totally professional from the minute we met. He showed up for the initial consultation back in November, exactly on time. He answered all of our questions clearly and to the point without any sales flutter attached to it. He followed up a couple times which we really appreciated. As we changed the design of our deck, he sent over new bids without any hesitation. G2 homescapes replaced my asphalt driveway with concrete and replaced my bulging retaining wall. They did excellent work and my driveway looks awesome. Nice curb appeal. I worked with James on this project and he was very informative, patient, and explained every step to me. I’ll be using them for future projects for sure! Thanks for a job well done.

We had our patio completely redone by G2 in the Spring. Their price was competitive, their communication was stellar, and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work. Thanks G2!

Giving G2 four stars. We had them replace our large patio. The finished product did turn out nice and we are pleased. However, we did have a couple of hiccups along the way. The first day when they dug out the old patio and started framing the new one, I noticed they were framing it about two inches below grade which would have left my patio as a pond when it rained. When I confronted the crew, they agreed and did reframe to raise it, but if I had not been here, they would have poured it that way. It was frustrating because I discussed this with the salesman thoroughly that we needed it raised and sloped away from the house. The next day when they poured the concrete, it dried too quickly and they weren’t able to finish it. They had to dig it out and start over. After the second pour, it did turn out nicely. The owner (Carter) called right away and acknowledged the issue, apologized, and didn’t hesitate in saying they were going to rip it out and do it over. He didn’t pressure me into trying to accept a bad product. He made sure it was right.

Exceptional customer service with an exceptional end result. At first I was not completely happy with the finish between the driveway and the walls but G2 Homescapes were prompt and responsive and made it right. My expectations were exceeded! Cooper and Evan were great to deal with and made everything very easy. Highly recommend this company.

We were very satisfied with the patio that the guys at G2 delivered. This project was hindered by constant rainy days, but these guys jumped on it when weather allowed! I found the staff polite, professional, and they did a great job restoring the yard at the end. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for hardscapes or concrete projects.
