Chad did a wonderful job, and left the house (and the windows!) looking spotless and beautiful. He was also extremely friendly and helpful, and the price for the whole service (outside and inside window cleaning + the frames) seemed very reasonable. I will definitely use his service again. Chad and his team did a great job from start to finish! Chad was very prompt in his communication and even texted the day before as a reminder and to give an expected schedule. We live in Dent and haven't had our windows cleaned since we moved in 5 years ago. The difference was amazing! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures as a testament to the teams attention to detail. I'll be picking this company for future cleanings!

We recently used Cincinnati Window Cleaning for the first time to clean the interior and exterior windows in our home. Chad did an amazing job, delivering sparkling clean windows. Additionally, he was extremely professional and thorough throughout the process. He communicated a price upfront, he arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Chad went over and above washing a couple of the windows a second time due to a pop up rain shower. We will definitely use Cincinnati Window Cleaning in the future.

The BEST window cleaning in Hyde Park!!!! I’ve been getting my windows cleaned for years and Chad from Cincinnati Window Cleaning company just did the absolute BEST Window cleaning I’ve ever had done while living in Hyde Park!! We live in an old home, 3 stories and have lots of windows of different shapes and sizes. Not only did he do all of our windows inside and out; but he went above and beyond, and helped us with some extra things as well. His customer service from the initial phone call to the quote to the day he showed up and his entire demeanor while he was cleaning our house was impeccable. You just don’t see that these days anymore. He is professional, detail, oriented, trustworthy, and thorough. He even spotted a hornets nest that we did not know we had up in the corner of our roof. I’m adding a couple of pictures because for the first time in a while I feel like I can see through my favorite window and my front door. Thanks Chad!!!
