Constraction reviews in Hartville, Ohio

I had multiple quotes from different companies trying to sell me work that wasn’t needed. Eagle Eye gave me a quote (significantly lower) and explained what actually needed fixed. They didn't give me sales pitches, talk to me about quotas they had to meet, etc. They showed up on time, every time. Got the repairs done quickly and precisely. The team cleaned up everything better than it was before they got here. If you need gutter repairs, this is the place to call.

Eagle Eye Roofing installed a very nice roof on our home. Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The roofing team did a beautiful job. Mike and William did a great job with fascia repairs that were needed due to previous storm damage. The folks at this company are definitely 5 star!

Eagle Eye Crew arrived exactly on time. Every one of the Team knew his job. They went to work immediately and never stopped. The Supervisor worked with the team guiding every aspect of the process. Absolutely outstanding at every level. Would Highly Recommend Eagle Eye Roofing as one of the best I have ever worked with. I'm so happy that I decided to go with Eagle Eye Roofing Nick the owner of the company personally came out to my house checked out my roof and gave me a great price. Nick is very kind and a really nice guy. I met with several other roofing companies throughout the whole week and none of them compared to the treatment that I received from Nick at Eagle Eye Roofing. I highly recommend anyone who needs the roof repaired or a new roof to contact this company I promise you you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Nick and Eagle Eye Roofing staff for doing such a wonderful job on my house you guys are awesome!

Joel & his team were amazing! Joel was patient with us throughout the whole process, we are new homeowners who had a lot of questions and Joel answered all of them thoroughly. He made us so comfortable with the roof installation process even before his team started working. His guys showed up on time, worked fast, and cleaned up every last piece of garbage before leaving. Would highly recommend Eagle Eye to anyone!!

My roof turned out beautiful! Our salesperson, Bryant, was very knowledgeable and upfront about the whole process. He kept me informed all the way through. Very happy with the outcome!

Extremely satisfied!! I was short a couple caps and they finished up today. I was a small job and they treated me like a big customer.

5 star+ google review!

Exterior Home Project

We had Eagle Eye Roofing put on a new roof, gutters, and siding for our home.

Joel (my main contact) was great during the estimate process, explaining the project and the cost. Joel and Mike were very patient and made sure I was happy with everything. They made me feel that I was an important customer and that none of my questions or concerns were out of line.

I found the roofing crew was very efficient and paid attention to safety concerns at all times. Mike’s attention to detail on the siding was an added bonus. Communication was excellent as I never worried if Joel would get back to me as he always did in a timely fashion. He was also here to hammer out the details at the end of the job.

The roofing and siding project went well and we are very happy with the work, very professional, and of high quality.

Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Roofing, and couldn't be happier. I will hire Eagle Eye Roofing again for any future projects.

My house looks great. 5 Stars.

Project completed 12/2021

Tiger Lily Realty, Inc. has depended on Eagle Eye Roofing’s quality work from Nick and his crew for several years. They have roofed some basic roofs with no valleys or dormers for various homes we manage. But where Eagle Eye excels, and others don’t, are the homes with complicated roofs and issues.

In Medina we had a condo (2-condos per building) that consistently had a wet wall in the ground floor master bedroom. Nick evaluated the roof and found that all the water from the adjacent condo’s roof was expelled on the one we managed. He re-engineered how the roof run-off came off the roofs and the bedroom wall is now dry.

We had a like issue with a Barberton home that had a basement with exceptionally high humidity. We did not consider the roof was the issue as there was a good size overhang on the roof and a carport covering the side of the house where moisture was the worse. After years of basement dehumidifiers, advise from contractors, and a long-term tenant who diligently kept the basement walls clean, we called out Nick at Eagle Eye to evaluate the roof. Nick advised that the roof, although not that old, was not installed correctly. It has been many years since Eagle Eye’s crew redid the roof, which had many valleys that needed to be properly flashed, and the basement remains bone dry years later.

Many of the homes Tiger Lily manages have been under our care for years. Eagle Eye roofs have not had any issues. As a property management company, the contractors that we hire for our clients need to provide a consistently good finished product, have insurance, be reliable, moderate in cost, be respectful to our tenants, and clean up after themselves. Eagle Eye Roofing has been all those things and his estimates are normally in line with other estimates we receive. The difference is when my clients ask my opinion, I can honestly tell them that Eagle Eye will do it right based on my experience with them. Tricia Hiss, Broker

This company is great. My sales contact Bryant Tano was the most friendly and best at explaining how the project would go from beginning to end. Beautiful roof and gutters. Use their services if you can!!

I highly recommend Eagle Eye Roofing for your roofing project. Our roofing was completed on time, efficiently, with a professional finish. The sales and roofing crew are a pleasure to work with.

Carl from Eagle Eye in fact, has an eagle eye for perfection. He helped me replace cedar siding on our very old West Akron home. He found the right specialized product (only person I found in all my research who could help). I could not believe how well he custom cut and installed them to be flush with the other siding. He’s also a total joy to be around and a good communicator. He just takes care of it without need for much guidance.

We had a squirrel problem since our soffit was loose and falling down in some places. One place offered to only put some screws in but Eagle eye roofing did far more work for less than the first place I called was going to charge for just some screws. Mike did a great job and was super friendly. Everything looks great! Will definitely recommend to anyone I know needing repair!

I personally had an amazing experience with Eagle Eye Roofing. Carl made everything so easy. He explained everything great. Got the roof up fast, and it is beautiful. The prices were amazing and the clean up was excellent. I have told everyone who will listen about how great Carl and Eagle Eye Roofing is. 10/10 highly recommend working with Carl and this company.

Eagle Eye did our roof in two days. It was the greatest experience I ever had. They are the most great people I ever met. I am highly recommend this company for your roof.

Eagle Eye Roofing provides excellent professional roofing services. In 2020 and 2021 for three different client Eagle Eye installed 2 roofs and repaired 1 roof that was leaking. Joel, Mike and their crews were very courteous and cleaned up the various sites when they were finished.

Eagle Eye completed a roof repair for us. Very responsive and upfront about everything. Work quality excellent and kept us in the loop throughout the process; Even received photos of the process from start to finish. Highly recommended and will utilize them in the future! Don’t call anyone else.

Strong winds ripped the siding off my house, and a storm was brewing. I called Eagle Eye Roofing, and they arrived in just minutes. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for your service.

When our contractor abandoned after not properly completing our roofing project, Eagle Eye stepped in to help. Mike did a masterful job finding a solution and stopping 3 leak points. When still a little water was coming in, they were out the next day to fix it. All is well now and I so appreciate their craftsmanship.

I worked with Carl Grant to get a new roof on my house. The process was seamless, and I felt at ease even though such a large purchase was being made. Carl was always prepared to answer any questions, friendly, and communicated promptly which helped tremendously. Zero complaints, and I would definitely recommend Eagle Eye to those needing roof work.

Really wonderful experience with Eagle Eye. Needed a small roof repair on short notice. They were out the next day and had the equipment needed to fix the issue on the same day as the estimate appointment. Carl, Mike and the entire team were very professional, kind, and did an excellent job with the work. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Highly recommend
