My air conditioner was making some horrible noise and then stopped working on the hottest night of the summer. The inside of my house was 85 and I only own one fan. I called Kellermeier and they scheduled me for a few days later. I must have sounded desperate bc I got a call back and they were able to squeeze Zach in that day due to his efficiency and proximity on another job. He was super professional, a great communicator, honest and friendly. He fixed it in a matter of minutes and let me know it was one of the most common thing to go wrong with air conditioning: the capacitor. He replaced the part and made sure all was working. He also offered a quote to have Kellermeier inspect my air conditioner and furnace twice a year so they can catch this type of problem sooner! Reasonably priced and awesome service! Zach is a gem!
