Mr. Bolton and his assistant showed up on time. They inspected the house then explained the services available and the prices. They then got to work. They did not goof off or waste any time. Great service call, part of a protective plan to check out my furnace and air conditioner, which I’ll use in the spring. This time they drained my water heater, but also took time to check out areas that typically homeowners don’t think about. Very capable technician.
