Great company. We had the carpet in two rooms cleaned. It was affordable, quick and well done. They got out stains I never thought would come out.

Daryl came out to fix a couple of ripples in a bedroom carpet of ours. He was timely and explained the process and what to expect. He even did some heavy lifting of furniture for me! The carpet stretching work was top notch. It was a pleasure working with this company!

We’ve had other companies who have wet everything and left. Bill’s pretreated everything and made sure everything was pristine before they left. They did not cut a single corner! I had lots of pet stains on my carpets and they got them all out without toxic chemicals or fragrances. Steam rinsed with water only. The carpets dried overnight and look like new. Local company, owner very courteous and listens to all concerns.

Darryl and his team were fabulous. I was in a serious time crunch and he came out to see me the same day , on a Friday after hours and completed the job. They were very professional and thoughtful. They even had plastic guards so the hose wouldn’t bump any walls. My very very dirty carpets filled with much dust from sanding and construction and also pet stains from previous owners are clean!!! I cannot Recommend enough! I actually didn’t have to change my move in schedule because of their responsiveness. I am very grateful!
