TruGreen applied their TruShrub Bark & Foliage Protection to our property earlier this week, and we’re already seeing a noticeable difference! Just a few days later, our trees are looking healthier, more vibrant, and overall much better. It’s impressive how quickly the treatment seems to be working. We’re very pleased with the results so far and look forward to seeing continued improvement. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to boost the health and appearance of their trees and shrubs!

Tru Green fulfilled their promise when I initiated a chat about finding new patches of thistle after my last service. They said a technician would be out for a free followup treatment within 3 business days, and sure enough, he was. The technician asked me where my concern was. Additionally, he said he would walk the whole property and spot treat anything else he saw. Kudos to him for taking the extra step!

I'll admit Trugreen got me they talk a good game. A tech came out on the 10th a faked a treatment as if I didnt have camera's on the property put down a sign and left..... not sure how much this happens with other people but I recommend you be home to make sure the job is done. Also since trugreen has been treating my lawn I have had more dandelion in my yard then I've ever had.... just know my days with trugreen have come to an end.

Spoke with Christian about my lawn. He is very professional and has good people skills. He knows the business and can explain things very well to the customer. He is a great asset to your team.

This is not the first time they’ve sent a technician, but he does absolutely NOTHING. He just sits in his truck, then after a few minutes places a yard sign and claims the job is done.

This feels like a scam. I have video recordings of every visit as proof.

They keep charging my bank account for services that are not performed. I will be filing a report against TruGreen.

Today makes the second time that i watched on my cameras the company come out and spray a portion of my yard. Nothing was sprayed on the side yard and no attempt to even enter my back yard. I would be more understanding if this was the first time this happen but yet this is the second time that they tried to get away with this! Called to speak to a manager and was told nobody was available.I have a ton of people i know that use their services and will make sure people see my videos, are aware and pay attention to what they are paying for like i do.

Dave has been treating our trees and shrubs for over 20 years. We appreciate his thoroughness in manuvering around our heavily planted yard. Others have attempted to do the job, but Dave gets the job done! We only want Dave to service our property! Thank you, Dave!!

This is the first negative review I have ever posted on Google. We’ve been Trugreen customers for twenty years. Our backyard is full of weeds and crabgrass. They take no pride in their service. It is time for a new company!

Alan came out and did a thorough spraying of the weeds that have been thriving in my backyard since I started TruGreen. That was in June. And then he put feed down so that my grass would grow in much better. I was very happy with the application today.

They came out and aerated and seeded the lawn and I’ve never seen such a mess made. This was after I cleaned up all the mud and dirt off the driveway. They also decided to make some rounds around the neighbors driveway, so I had the pleasure of cleaning up after them over there as well. Avoid at all costs.

Another classic Truegreen line that they’ve used on me multiple times is - “Well is this your first season with us?” I’m assuming they say this because very few customers actually last multiple seasons after being disappointed. If you want to see what a Truegreen lawn looks like after multiple seasons look no further!

Good prices and knowledgeable staff.

Decent selection and pricing. The Lowes down the street is comparable to both, while having a more helpful and welcoming staff.

Found all my cleaning supplies in one convenient aisle, from floor cleaning to silver cleaning. Good variety and good prices as well. And, my favorite - self service check out. - j

Wasn't impressed. Was there too buy flowers for the yard but they had very limited selection. I was 3rd in line to check out, and even with their "expedited" check out process, I waited for 15 minutes. That didn't include the time I waited for them to get the mulch off the pallets. Wish I had gone to the Sawmill Rd. store.

Horrible customer service at the customer service desk! I am appalled that a rude person can stay employed in the customer service area at this Home Depot. When a customer has a simple inquiry the correct policy should be to courteously answer the question and we would have been happy and moved on. I highly recommend the lowes down the street..

I give honest and true reviews. Look at my review history if you care to research but my rating on this home Depot as a whole is zero Stars. I wish I could put zero Stars because they don't deserve a rating of any kind. Terrible management absolutely horrible security team and they don't have what any other home Depot normally carries 75% of the time all the time please please please drive 3 more miles up the road to sawmill home Depot.I love home Depot I absolutely love home Depot, but this home Depot no no no

Nothing but great things to say about Garden Guru! After building our home we needed to add more to the landscape to make it our own. We ended up putting in a paver patio off the back with beautiful landscape throughout. We also decided to add a walkway around the side of our house which turned out great as well. The work that Garden Guru did as well as the ideas were top notch. The crew was punctual and we couldn't get over how quick they got the work done- they even set up a tent to keep working in the rain! My wife and I absolutely love how all the work turned out.

I made arrangements with this company in April to do work on my yard this fall. First, we had to contact them several times to get responses from them to find out when they were coming. Once we had the date set, they didn’t show up. We finally got ahold of someone (again it took several tries) to figure out what was going on. The owner never apologized or explained what had happened. We told him we would like some sort of nominal discount for our inconvenience of having to stay home the whole day for nothing. He responded with “just find someone else.” I reached out to him ONE MORE TIME to give him another chance (god knows why) to fix his problem. In my voicemail I said we were very disappointed and confused about what went wrong but that if he wanted to do business with us, we would still let him. He again declined. For 6 months we had this planned out... now we are scrambling to find someone more professional who can do the job soon before the ground freezes. Do not hire these people. Unreliable. Rude. Inconsiderate. Stubborn.

Jason’s dedication to his landscaping business/skills are what made the experience fantastic and well done. We had them install a beautiful dark stone retaining wall around the front of our new contemporary house and it looks amazing and he and the crew even stopped by to touch things up to perfect it. Jason is always very professional and therefore he was who we decided was best for this project. Highly recommend.
