There was nothing not to like! I had a problem with clogged drain pipes .I had standing water along the outside of my foundation, My Plumber recommended I call Simply service. The owners two sons came out a couple of hours after I called diagnosed the problem and took care of it! The young men were courteous and professional. The explained to me what they were doing step by step and took the time to answer all my questions.
Most importantly they had everything they needed on the truck to get the job done. I was thouroughly impressed and highly recommend Simply Service!!!! Price was very reasonable.

My kitchen sink was not draining properly and my usual plumber said he couldn't get out here for a week and recommended Frank and two things happened. One, Frank called me and walked me through some potential self-help steps on the phone, which was outstanding to have someone do that. And two, he had Dario out here the next day and he just left and everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Frank, Dario, and Dominic did the greatest job clearing my basement pipes. They were prompt and polite and tidy. I cannot recommend them more- they are the best:)

Frank and his team are excellent. I have used them on two separate occasions and have been very pleased. The first job was an extensive whole house drainage re do. I received several costly bids that entailed ripping up my new deck and addition. Frank came out and provided another option that was much cheaper and allowed me not to tear out any of my existing structures. Frank was a pleasure to work with, professional, cleaned up after the job, and just an all-around good guy.

Recently, my dad had drainage issues in his basement, and I had him call Frank. Like my experience, my dad was getting scary bids that involved ripping tons of stuff up. Frank came out and was able to get the water flowing again the same day.

I can't recommend Simply Service highly enough. We were ready to pay many thousands of dollars for basement water proofing when my neighbor recommended we call Frank. He diagnosed the real problem and solved it, taking care of the problem and saving us a huge amount of money. He has made same-day trips to our house for subsequent drain issues and is always thorough and careful in diagnosing and solving any issues. I also appreciate his careful, easy-to-follow explanations and his quick return of text and calls.

There is no better in Cleveland! Frank (and now his boys) have been doing work at my dad’s house and my house for over a decade. They are honest, trustworthy, and professional. The work they do is second to none. If you have ANY drain, sewer, or major plumbing issue do not hesitate to hire these guys. Best of the best!

Frank and Simply Service promptly returned my phone call and were able to come out the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, removed all the roots from my sewer and got the line open again. They did a great job explaining the problem and the short term and long term solutions. I would highly recommend Frank and Simply Service.

We had a sudden pipe break in our basement (sewage pipe fell from the ceiling) that caused a major mess—sewage and debris everywhere. These guys came through in a big way. They arrived within the hour, quickly replaced the broken pipe, cleared out all the debris, cleaned and disinfected the floors, and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

The owner was incredibly professional, respectful, and kind throughout the whole process. I enjoyed my conversation with him. No price gouging, no upsell—just honest, high-quality work. The final product was better than the original. We were back up and running in just a few hours.

Highly recommend this company if you’re ever in a plumbing emergency. They truly go above and beyond.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Frank and his sons at Simply Service! They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service truly set them apart. I highly recommend them and will definitely be sending lots of referrals their way. Five stars all the way!

I called a bunch of places first and decided to find a small local business instead of the big guys. I called and left a message and within 5 minutes I got a text from Frank and scheduled the repair for 45 min later since they were not on another job. They found roots growing into a junction on my main sewer line and chopped them up to get the pipes flowing. They marked the location and outside and quoted the repair cost to stop the roots from coming back. They crew was great. It was wet outside and they took off their shoes and carried them to the basement/crawlspace to keep our floors clean. They got it all done in less than an hour and out of all the other calls I made there was only 1 other a similar price and he never called me back. Simply Service is way more affordable that the big franchise places. One quote was 3x more. Highly Recommend.

Frank and Dino could not have done a better job! I had a broken home drain pipe; they came out right away, diagnosed the problem and completed what I thought would be a multi-day job in several hours. They were upfront, honest, careful, and charged a very fair price. I hope I never have to have this done again, but if I do, they will be the ones I call!

Frank and team did a fantastic job fixing an outdoor drainage issue. Communication was excellent, Frank had all the tools to locate and troubleshoot the issues. They had to dig down 8 feet next to my foundation and run new PVC. So far the everything is working as expected, I highly recommend Simply Service!

Found this family owned company after calling around for quotes and I'm so glad I did! Frank, Dominic, and Dario were extremely kind and helpful. They were able to camera and clean our drains that were backing up and resolved the clog quickly. They answered all my questions with patience which I really appreciate! Will definitely recommend them to anyone having drain issues and will call them for future problems.

We have had the absolute best experience with Frank, Dario and Dominic. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the tireless efforts they put into identifying the major issues we have been having for 6 months. We have had several companies attempt to identify the reason for massive amounts (20,000-40,000 gallons!) of water cycling through our sump pumps with no success. When our contractor suggested we contact Frank, he assured us that Frank would be the “guy to figure it out”. And he was!

Frank helped me find my curtain drain outlet. I had Rotor rooter come out and fail to find it and still charged me. Frank was awesome helped me dig up the line and locate it. A huge relief and amazing service. Will call for me future needs
