The work was scheduled and completed in a very short amount of time. The house had a fire, and within a week, you could not find any evidence or smell from the fire. Amazing. Great, friendly staff and eager to accommodate our needs.

When I had my fire the first call I made was to Servpro. Michelle, Sharyn and Jaquellin took care of everything; duct cleaning, structure and content cleaning and coordinating various other companies for linens, electronics and such. They did such I great job I didn’t even need to spring clean!

Extensive water damage in basement. Servpro did an excellent job mitigating water damage and drying the wet areas.

Please contact us in regards to the past due payment from January 2017 for moving services we rendered. We have mailed, emailed, called and contacted Servpro HQ in an effort to resolve this invoice. There has been no communication from your company. If there is a problem with the bill, at least make an effort to contact us to resolve any questions or issues.

Thanks for your response but we’ve never heard from you again, except this vague post that has nothing to do with us being paid. Please call our office to remit the outstanding amount.

We had a flood this summer at HMS due to torrential rains. We contacted SERVPRO the following morning where I was connected to Vicky Rovder. Vicky took lead on getting our carpeting and walls treated and dried, and was instrumental in helping us with every step of the process. Vicky answered questions promptly and was a model of efficiency in expediting the remediation of this event. We would have been lost without her help.

Shortly thereafter, in an unrelated classroom in our school, a parent expressed concerns over a mildew odor. HMS reached out to Vicky Rovder again where she coordinated duct cleaning and carpet treatment to remove microbes from the room. Vicky coordinated my contacts with Bruce Johnson, and the two of them saw to our needs immediately. I'm truly appreciative of Vicky and her staff for helping us with our needs.

When my basement flooded, Jacqueline and the FANTASTIC ServPro team came out and took care of everything (literally EVERYTHING, from the clean-up to handling the insurance agency) She was such a great help and VERY friendly. We have nothing but positive things to say about this Servpro location. When my home was flooded Jacqueline M. Hutchinson came out to assess damage as early as humanly possible. She was so understanding and caring. She took the worry right out of the situation. She facilitated the clean-up, the insurance, the follow-up... absolutely everything. The people who worked on their team were always polite friendly and caring. I highly recommend them for the smallest to the biggest clean-up disasters that happen in your home.
