General Contractor reviews in Independence, Ohio

George and his team at Synchronous Construction delivered exceptional work and excellent communication along the way. They recently completed a project for a rental property and were efficient and very professional to work with. They will certainly be on the call list for our next deal.

We contacted George after observing his crew doing a great job of major work on our next door neighbors house.
We’ve been contemplating a major kitchen remodel and have architectural concept plans complete for contractor proposals.
George provided a very timely and complete proposal to do the work with appropriate qualifications and allowances included.
We are still deciding whether to launch ourselves into the remodel process but, at this point, Synchronous Construction is the frontrunner and respected contractor to do the work.

We had the opportunity to meet and work with George a few weeks ago. George and his crew have been easy to work, transparent and extremely fun. This is our second round of working with Synchronous Construction and both experiences have been accompanied with productivity and excellent communication. George & Jack have responded every time we reached out. Thanks a bunch George, we appreciate you and your team.

My yard was left full of trash and garage half finished. But Synchronous came and fixed it for me and I greatly appreciate them for it.

I had new facing installed on my fireplace by Synchronous. The man who did the install was very professional and did a beautiful job. The entire surround was cut to match perfectly as if it were cut in one piece. I am very pleased with the work and would certainly not hesitate to use this company again.

The crew did a great job, removing the ceramic tile, the bathtub, the vanity and medicine cabinet. They installed a new vanity, new medicine cabinet, and a walk-in shower.
They were meticulous and their job and cleaned up every day before they left. I was quite pleased and would recommend them to my friends.

Working with the Synchronous team was great! George led the way with organizing the project (customized placement of built-in cabinetry in our Master Bedroom)…the onsite crew: Randall, Mike, and Eric were phenomenal! On time, courteous, respectful of our home…offered insightful suggestions…professionals! Thank you all so much for a job well done!

Very professional company, from initial consultation to final product. I had a very specific design in mind and they were able to bring it to life exactly like I wanted it. Damon's work is of real high quality--we had flooring, spanish tiles and subway tiles that needed to be installed in a specific pattern and it came out beautifully. They talk your though the entire installation process to make sure things come out exactly like you want. The job site was also left clean everyday so it wasn't a bother to us at all. George was very professional throughout the process--from consultation to management and final review of the project. We splurged on this project and it was worth every penny. I'd definitely recommend George and Damon for your project needs.
