Plumbing reviews in Ironton, Ohio

Great people and excellent work!

I Town plumbing is the best in the industry with a proven track record of professional service and at a fraction of the cost compared to the price others typically charge. I highly recommend I Town Plumbing.

Curtis LITERALLY saved my life and my neighbors letting us know that there was a gas leak in our basement today!! It's stressful enough to not have utilities that should be included with an apartment and we have been waiting 6 days on a new hot water tank. Curtis has kept us more up-to-date than the landlord has and Curtis is the only one that got through to my landlord letting him know that there was a gas leak. He's so friendly so personable and has helped us so much in these last several days that we have been waiting to get our hot water tank hooked back up. It's difficult to find somebody that's honest anymore especially when it comes to maintenance and repairs for an apartment. Curtis has been phenomenal and has kept us well informed about everything that he's done and needs doing. You will never find a better plumber or electrician!!!!

Dealt with another plumber on a clogged drain. After a lot of time and money drain was still blocked. Other plumber was almost ready to start removing drywall to cut the line out. I Town plumbing gave me a recommendation over the phone that cleared the drain. I will call I Town plumbing first, they have my business from now on. Highly recommended!

I-Town Plumbing does a great job. I had them install a hot water heater in my basement and the end result was nice and neat! They also keep you in the loop on everything during the whole process so you always know what the next move is.

Not sure how there plumbing service is but if it's anything like the owners ability to complete an Uber Eats delivery, I wouldnt trust them to plumb a straight line. Kurtis straight up took my order home for himself, you're welcome for the free deal.

Great job. Thank you

Great service, reasonable prices. Would recommend any plumbing-related service.

Very courteous on time service with reasonable rates. I’ll use them again when needed.

Our plumber was courteous and very knowledgeable. Fixed our sink in no time and was very affordable.

Very fast! Very friendly and reasonable! Great customer service and highly recommended!

Shows up on time with the tools necessary for the job. Does quick clean work for reasonable prices. Will be using him for any other plumbing needs I have.

Had a leak in waterline about 25 feet into the crawl space of home. Two young men showed up on time, had all the necessary parts with them, knew what to do, and had the repair completed quickly at a reasonable price.

Absolutely do not use. Sprayed filthy water everywhere , rolled their filthy machinery over freshly cleaned carpet! Busted up ceramic tile around commode , AWFUL !! I was upset!!!!! he knew I was not satisfied He said he wasted 2 hours …he did not charge But he DID NOT FIX A THING …. Just left a bigger mess. I have pictures for proof !!!!

Had plugged sink drain line. Not any more. Found correct line. Unplugged it. Inside of wall.
Thrilled with this job. If ever needed. He is on my speed dial.
