The workers were polite, proffesional and did a really good job. I hope my home never gets flooded again but if it does I will call SERVPRO again. Of course I will ask for a repeat business discount 😀

I have been blown away by the craftsmanship and customer service provided by Servpro. My home has recently been affected by a house fire and sustained major smoke damage, So we called on Servpro for help to fix our home. The customer service they provided was unbelievable as well as their workmanship. All odors from the fire were completely removed. The workers who provided the service were professional and came up with intuitive solutions that I never would have been able to think of myself! They worked with us to make sure that everything we wanted was achieved and perfected. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. The craftsmanship was great as they re-did the flooring, paneling, drywall, lighting and repainted the entire interior of our home, With such a large task presented to them, they performed quickly and efficiently with an overall great look. I was amazed at the work put in and so was my family. When our friends and family saw our new basement and how the rest of the restored house looked they were amazed! With such a fantastic experience with Servpro, I would highly recommend them to everyone and if a similar problem ever presents itself, I will be sure to contact them again.

Evan Dunlap and his crew with Servpro is a very professional team. Evan eye for perfection and his knowledge of designing and giving suggestions was very helpful to me and for a job well done is quality of who he is. His team conduct themself in a very gentleman way. They come to work on time and go to work completing their work
paying attention to perfection of the job.
The painter on this team is a very detailed perfectionist and does a great job.
When they finish the job they clean up and hall away any trash or materials.

No question, the worst experience in the last 20 years. After (we) the customer provided clear guidance on price range for services, ServPro of Southern Scioto Lawrence County - billed over $7,000 for taking water out of a small area (14" x 16" basement) -- assuming insurance would pay, they billed in excess of 5K higher than was authorized. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR and utilize any other method - YOU be glad to go elsewhere --- paid over 4K, AND THEY ARE RELENTLESS at gouging the unsuspecting public. BAD BUSINESSPEOPLE!

After hurricane Helene caused our whole neighborhood to flood, we were left with our recently finished and fully furnished basement under water. We lost everything, and the thought of us having to see and pick through all of our ruined belongings was just not something we were ready for. I called *Antonio Murphy* with Servpro and he had crews at my house in no time! They cleaned and removed everything that was needed, and saved as much as they could. I can not thank them enough for their service! 10/10 recommend ❗️

Servpro of Huntington/Ashland/South Point managed to somehow turn a horrible situation into a horrendous situation. A different group of guys came in each day, but claimed they weren't informed of what the plan was. Each group talked about the previous group like they were idiots who had not been handling the issue correctly. They ended up contaminating items that were not originally contaminated by the original issue, which in turn damaged my house more than necessary. They only worked an hour or two each day. If I asked questions or complained, they were extremely nice and told me exactly what i wanted to hear, so they could get out of the situation. But the next day nothing changed. It was an extemely stressful and awful experience that took much longer to clean up than necessary due to lack of communication and cocky management. Bottom line, if you want to make your situation worse, call Servpro.
