Took deposit and then kept putting off doing the work. I had to call to see why he was late for agreed times. Would not respond in timely manner. Finally had to have job done by BBB acredited business. Would not return deposit. BEWARE

Contacted for hot tub electrical install/hook up. Stated he knew the specs and what materials were needed. After tub was delivered could not get a hold of him. Sent several messages and left voicemails. Had to contact a different electrician who advised the work that was done was incorrect, wrong size wiring and wrong size GFCI breaker. The new electrician had to completely redo all the work. Completely dissatisfied and would not recommend. Walked off with our money and left us in a terrible position.

I recently put an addition on my home and used Best Electric for my electrical needs. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and work ethic! They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and neatly. Their quote was reasonable and prompt. Very responsive. Came out right away and diagnosed the issue and had my problem fixed within an hour. Very polite and respectful. Also very affordable. I also called him for a rental property that I had trouble with the panel and he diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately.

Good evening the work they did was great. I had a 110w,and they changed it over to a 220w, they rewired the church basement we kept having issues of the fuses blowing out. An the electricity bill was really high. Now our bill is 40% cheaper

John recently completed a full rewire of my 1 and a quarter century year old tudor revival home that I just purchased earlier this year. The setup involved updating the old knob and tube wiring to a modern ROMEX wiring system, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He's a legitimate and genuine, top notch professional who uses only the best of the best materials (NEW Hardware and ALL) and his attention to detail was super impressive. He took his time to do the job right and it shows. The update/upgrade only took him a little more than a week to complete and it is TOP NOTCH. The whole new setup shows that he not only has abundant knowledge of his craft, but also his level of professional integrity spreads leaps and bounds over other half hinged contractors out here today...his work also shows that he truly cares about his clients, and that's exactly what this whole world needs right now...good, honest, discernable people.

On a 10 point rating system, I'd have to give him a perfect 10, but since I'm not an Electrician, I'll be modest and give John a 9.5 out of 10. One thing that stood out beyond measure was just his overall vibe and positive attitude....not to mention his thorough attention to every single detail big and small. I highly recommend him for any residential work that anyone may be in need of. Thanks AGAIN John!
