Honestly, if I could give these people a zero I would the person came out and the first thing he asked was if he could use the bathroom I’m a very private person. I really don’t want somebody to use my restroom but he said he had to so I’m thinking oh no Yes you know what happened in that bathroom and now I have to clean that up and he proceeded to tell me that he knows what he was doing their bonded insured and that he could do it and then I was telling him about the dryer vent. Need to be open on the outside to send the sweep through you argue with me long story Ask him to leave my home he couldn’t do it and he comes back and he says I could get another guy. I can fix your problem but it’s going to start at $2000 to clean out a dryer vent and yes, it did have some debris in it from a birds nest, but $2000 to clean out event. I rate them a double zero tried to call the office they keep hanging up on me very professional, sir very professional, hanging up on a person.
