While the service technician arrived right on time and looked at our water heater… he did not even ask that the water heater be powered off so he could test to see if certain elements were working or not…. He was very polite, but it seemed like he just wanted to sell a tankless system and not actually try to find out if our tank could be saved our not … the entire inspection process took less than 15 minutes and I was charged $100… I did know this was going to be the charge, but I expected a definitive answer to my problem… I also asked for a receipt, which I was told would be emailed to me … and I have still not received that , almost 24 hours later…do not use this service

Quick response from my call for new water heater. Technician showed up on time and after an estimate he went and picked up new tank as needed and installed. All good so far!

The Service People, Inc. provided the best customer service from scheduling (Stephanie) to service delivery (Ben). I had two plumbing service requests. Stephanie called to schedule the appointment and patiently worked with me to finalize the date and time, and did her very best to work around my work schedule. I requested that I be given a reminder call an hour before versus the regular 30 minute call to give me time to travel from work to home. Ben, the plumber assigned to handle the service request, called an hour before. He also adjusted his schedule around my work schedule. Ben completed the task in a timely and efficient manner. The Service People, Inc. staff treated me with kind consideration and it is sincerely appreciated. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had a leak that i discovered on a Friday evening. A tech came out Saturday and temporarily fixed the problem. They came back on Tuesday and installed new hardware. Great customer service. They did a very nice instalk and also did a great clean up job. Very impressed.

I have used The Service People since 2019 /2020. They are reliable, reasonably priced and always do a great job. This week, Ben installed our new kitchen faucet. He was friendly, timely and did a great job.

I've had Matt and his guys out on multiple projects over the last decade. The company never let's me down and Matt has gone above and beyond to help me even at my own home. He recently saved me from buying a new water heater by doing some routine maintenance and replacing a defective heating element, he never tries to over charge or build in extra costs... highly recommend.

Done right the first time. He went and got the part, came back and finished the repair same day. OUTSTANDING! The previous vendor , Melton Plumbing did not even check out the problem and did not return to repair the issue. The Service People did the repair immediately. Highly recommend them!

We recently had a cracked sewer pipe replaced at our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ben and Matt were both very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly while still doing quality work.

They also did a great job cleaning up afterward, which we really appreciated. It’s not often you find contractors who are this respectful of your home. We’re very grateful for their help and would highly recommend this company! Thank you again!

Very pleased with the service I received from Blessed Plumbing. The guys made sure I understood the settings on my hot water heater and educated me on what not to put in my garbage disposal! Very satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

Blessed plumbing did a good job changing out our shower valve cartridge and at a fair price. They even came back to reset the valve to allow for a warmer setting. The employees were also very professional and courteous.

Blessed Plumbing was great to work with from start to finish! We are extremely happy with the job they did updating our bathroom shower. We appreciate the guidance they gave us in choosing the proper matériels.
We found them to be prompt, professional and polite.

Sprung a leak on water heater. Called Blessed plumbing and said they could be out the next day. Fortunately, the tape job I did held until Robert got here. I watched him go to work. Requested service through the online form and was replied to the next day by April. Schedule for the following day and Kaiden arrived at my house to repair an outdoor faucet. He was great and got the repair done promptly. Very courteous and professional staff all around. We are first time customers and we will be using this company for any future repairs needed.

We contacted Blessed Plumbing regarding a leak from our water heater. Their team came out and evaluated the situation in a timely manner and determined that we needed a new water heater. The water heater was replaced quickly and without issue. Their team was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. They kept us informed every step of the way. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and ability to get the job done quickly. We will use Blessed Plumbing again for all our plumbing needs!! We recommend others do too! You will not be disappointed!!

Called in because my toilet in my basement was getting backed up. Explained to the guy I talked to what was going on and told him my toilet was new since we just had our basement finished a few months ago. Without even coming out to look at the issue the guy flat out said they couldn’t fix it and assumed that the issue was way worse than what it really was (again without even coming out to take a look just over the phone conversation) I called Apex plumbing they sent out a technician within the hour to take a look and all it was, was some blockage. they ran a snake through and everything was fixed and toilet works perfectly fine now. This is the first and last time I will call here Apex will be getting my future business.

Edit: Not sure how to respond on google reviews so this is the response to the owner saying I was combative: please tell me how I was being combative? I answered every single question you asked me with no malice in my voice and no complaints. I don’t see why I would when I’m calling to ask you guys for help. I thought you were trying to get an understanding of the problem I had no idea you would just flat out say you can’t fix it until the very end of the conversation and all I said in response was that I’ll call another company that can help me. What else should I say when you’re refusing to help me? The fact that you would lie about how the conversation went down makes your business look extremely bad and completely unprofessional.

Amazing service, honest, and professional. We weren’t getting any hot water and couldn’t figure out what was going on. The next morning we contacted them and they sent out a team to us right away. They looked at our water heater and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you Blessed Plumbing!!
