Worst customer service! Rudest people you could ever talk too.

They are the WORST!
They show up at 7am the day before Thanksgiving and start a JACK HAMMER!!! No regard for people in a residential neighborhood during a Holiday!!!

Driver of # 50 is an ass! Had 76 tied up going west while driving next to another Helmling truck. Great advertising for you guys blocking an interstate during rush hour...

Their drivers as rude and incompetent. Ran a red light and almost hit me with my young kids in the back. To top it off he gave us the finger which my kids saw. I would never hire a company with such poor morals. I would be ashamed to have one of their trucks in front of my home or business.

Your company replaced my water line from the street on 6/26/24 in Goodyear Heights. I didn't have the opportunity to be there to meet them but my wife has mentioned several times how nice and respectable the crew was. They completed the job in record time as well. I wanted to thank you for your great service. Much appreciated.

I live in a condominium development in Stow. A few weeks ago we experienced a broken water line in our development. Many residents lost water service for over 24 hours, including elderly folks. After 4 different contractors were contacted, with each one refusing to answer the call of duty, we were referred to Helmling Excavating. They arrived on-site very quickly, and within a few hours had the area pumped, excavated, repaired and our water restored.
Five stars for Helmling! They can be trusted to get the job done.

I needed excavation next to my home. Devon from Helmling's came out the next day. This young man is an artist! He carefully dug where he needed, and even found the Invisible Fence cable I had mentioned - saving me $$ for getting that repaired had he dug through it. Devon and his team were friendly, informative, and wonderful to work with. I was also most pleasantly surprised with the bill, which I expected to be much more. Thank you, Helmling Excavating! This company came out and replaced our sewer line. They were thorough, organized, knowledgeable, timely and honestly I don’t think we could have had a better experience. We shopped around and this was by far the best quote we got and overall the best impression! Best improvement we have made on our house and we couldn’t ask for better service!

I hired N&J Excavating to prepare the a pad for my new storage shed. They did an excellent job. I will hire them for any future work.

Hired N&J to remove a couple of small tree stumps and to move some heavy rocks for landscaping. Nicholas did a great job. Very careful with the lawn to avoid any damage and has a gentle touch with the machine when needed. Also very reasonably priced. I will definitely hire N&J again when I need work done with their kind of equipment.

We hired Nicholas to waterproof our basement and he did a great job! There was significant water issues and damage to a couple walls. They fixed the foundation issues and did a great job waterproofing. And they were far more affordable than the other quotes. Thank you for the dry basement and peace of mind!

Nick came out to our property to give us a quote for excavation, was very quick to meet us, professional and knowledgeable. I sent him all my house plans after he evaluated the property, only to never hear from him again. That was 3 weeks ago.
