I have over 20 years experience with Wright Heating and Cooling. They installed and serviced a furnace and an AC in my house and recently I had to get a new furnace to replace my old one that started to stop working now and then. My recent experience with new furnace being installed was great, just like services in prior years from this company and their specialists always showed professionalism and care every time I needed to call them for any HVAC needs in my house. In my opinion and experience Wright Heating is a company I can always rely on confidently.

When our central air and furnace picked the hottest week of the year to break, we called a couple companies and decided on Wright Heating & Air Conditioning and thank goodness we did! Fred was so great at telling us all the different systems and choices for our home. His no-pressure approach was definitely a refreshing change from other HVAC businesses'. We chose the right system for us, and then Tyler, their technician showed up for the install. What a polite, mannerly, conscientious young man! He picked up and cleaned up and kept an orderly job site. Drop cloths, booties over his work boots...the whole 9 yards! He completely explained the new thermostat, and made our new system easy to understand. He is an absolute asset to your company! The construction/trades industry need more young, smart guys like Tyler, that's for sure! THANK YOU all so much for getting us back to normal! We cannot say enough about this great company.

We have been customers since the house was built in 1977 using a Carrier heat pump so have had numerous experiences with Wright Heating and Air Conditioning in Kent Ohio starting with its founder Larry which is now some 48 years.
We just completed the fourth upgrade of our systems with the continued use of a variable Carrier furnace and heat pump in a hybrid arrangement managed by an Infinity control.
Over those many decades we have had numerous service experiences mostly positive but occasionally some real challenges. The COVID supply line issues created some real problems for us with one problem lasting 3 years. All homeowners have to deal with home maintenance and equipment upgrade issues and that ongoing experience quickly teaches you which supplier can be competitive, reliable, and most of all who can be trusted.
Oh, and you need to have some patients with those ongoing processes which is particularly difficult when it comes to maintaining your homes interior temperature, humidity, as well as doing so efficiently and economically. In hindsight maintaining our loyalty to Wright was the better decision based on actual results.
In summation Carrier has overall excellent choices in quality products but today even Wright offers other choices that are competitive. Our choice in remaining with Carrier with its higher cost product line was our decades of experiences with Carrier and the extraordinary features and performance available from their products.
For every single purchase we made of Carrier products we acquired more than one competitive quotation from other Carrier dealers trading in the same market area. Wright’s quoted installs or services were either lower in overall cost or virtually the same as all the comparable dealers. They earned our business with their excellent service over many years and when they did let us down on those few rare exceptions, they eventually made things right. The most important thing about failures is what you do to correct them, and I have to write that on a couple of occasions we were ready to move on but in the end, Wright come thru for us. In one outstanding example it was a multi-thousand-dollar solution that made things right for the both of us so in conclusion we highly recommend Wright Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

My wife and I want to Thank Rebekah for helping us in our time of need. On one of the hottest and most humid weekends of the year (so far) our A/C went out and after diagnosis the capacitor was the problem. A fairly easy fix - if I could find and purchase one on a late Saturday afternoon. Well, Rebekah responded to my texts and was kind a gracious enough to meet me at their office and sell me the only one I could find anywhere. Our problem was fixed, and we will be dealing with Wright's in the future for our HVAC needs. A giant "Thank You" to Rebekah!!

Wonderful I left a message on their phone that my heating was out and they Called me Monday morning and sent someone out that day to fix it.

I highly recommend them. We have used them a few years now to service our furnace and they were great so when we wanted a new air conditioner and new furnace we thought of them.
They are honest and fair priced. Everyone is awesome from the office staff, sales and the instalation team.
