Corbin was extremely respectful and professional. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and was able to get my furnace running again. This was much appreciated with the below freezing temperatures we’ve been experiencing. I would highly recommend Corbin and Bayside Comfort.

It was 10 pm and 53 degrees in my house last night and cold when I called Bayside in distress last night and Bayside responded immediately. Their technician, CODY, not only arrived within a half hour on this snowy, level 2 night but also had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 11:00!!! I highly recommend calling Bayside! Professional service from start to finish! Thank you!!!!!

Furnace at church was out. The technician showed up same day within the hour and had it up and running after replacing gas valve that had went bad. Jordan was very professional and thorough. Very happy with Bayside

I called them when my other furnace service people couldn't get out here. Was referred by a friend, I had no heat, they sent someone out within a couple hours, fixed the problem and furnace up and running. Very friendly tech, explained everything that was done. Reasonable price. I'll be using again for my services and tune ups.

Bayside Comfort was incredible. They were responsive and knowledgeable. They fixed multiple plumbing and floor heating problems that other plumbers could not fix. I would highly recommend them.

Great service. I had noticed a different sound when furnace turned on but when technician arrived sound would not occur. He worked on system for 30 minutes and was able to identify the problem. Grateful he took the time to get to the root of the issue so we didn’t have any interruption during the winter.

Would have been 5 stars but a bit pricey. No mention of same day service charge. I asked for it but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Brandon B was super helpful and explained things thoroughly.

A+ From start to finish, great service! When I called the person I spoke to was able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule and recommended a maintenance visit which in the long run saved me money. The technician that came out was not only right on time but was very pleasant and professional. Got everything taken care of and also suggested some future maintenance that I went ahead and scheduled in a bundle that also saves some cost! Bayside Comfort has my future HVAC business and I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Wife came home after work and errands to NO HEAT! I was traveling for work so not a great scenario! Quick call, Quick response and my wife’s new favorite technician Logan showed up and impressed her very much! Professional and courteous and very thorough. Our technician Corbin Prieur was very knowledgeable and informative. Great customer service! We had our furnace cleaned and yearly maintenance completed. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond in completing additional requests for service I had on short notice. Highly recommend Bayside Comfort Inc.!

Home furnace was blowing cold Monday morning and the only place willing to fit us in was Bayside Comfort in Marblehead.
Corbin came in and did his best to fix it , but with the multiple problems he experience, and getting a second opinion from a coworker, we decided, it was the end for the 17 year old Carrier!
Tuesday, Nate from Bayside Comfort came over to measure out the house and give us our options. With his help we figured out what we needed, picked out the one we wanted, they went to get it and Nate called to let me know they could install Wednesday morning!
Wednesday morning Josh and Adam showed up with our new Trane furnace. Did the install, and by Wednesday afternoon had heat from our new furnace, just in time for Thanksgiving!
Thank you Bayside Comfort for all you did and for getting it done so quickly! Everybody was very nice and did a great job on the diagnosis and the installation. Bayside is, for sure my new go to for HVAC!

Today I had Brandon with Bayside Comfort. He was very professional, on time, was careful to take his booties on/off to protect the flooring. He was very knowledgeable and found 3 out of 5 toilets with a small leak. Also, he was very timely and efficient with the time he spent at the house. I wish I could give him 100 ⭐. So happy I called Bayside.

Called Bayside and within an hour Cody showed up to check into the issue with the furnace. Cody was extremely professional and patient with all of our questions. Would highly recommend Bayside and Cody!! 5 stars from us for sure!

Response to service request was very timely, John called me and said he could come early - which worked out well. He found problem right away, got parts and fixed it all in one visit. Very knowledgable, thorough, friendly and a great representative of Bayside Comfort!

I had an excellent experience working with Bayside. I needed a new hot water tank and had a new toilet installed. They were extremely communicative and professional throughout the process, which I appreciated. The technician who installed the hot water tank also went above and beyond to clean-up some of the pipework and ensure my main water shut-off valve was easily accessible. I would recommend Bayside Comfort to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing needs.

The technician John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got my hot water back on temporarily until they come back and install a new hot water heater in the near future. Thank you for a great job done well. This was a diagnostic amount only.

I really appreciate the techs at Bayside and had another nice professional experience with Steven. I utilized the new plumbing division and ended up having the toilet floater valve replaced which I thought was entirely too expensive for a small job so I will look for an alternative next time. Steven the tech was great and I will continue to use Bayside for my furnace & AC but not plumbing. I gave 3 stars this time instead of 4 due to high price for the plumb job completed & im a repeated customer.
