I had a great experience getting an interlock kit and 50-amp plug for my portable generator to power the whole house. Brad called soon after I submitted an interest form on their website. He was very helpful walking me through my options and setting up the appointment after exchanging a photo of my fuse box. Logan was my installer and he did a terrific job. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Now I am ready for the next power outage without concern. I would definitely use them again!

They were excellent from start to finish — great communication, fair pricing, and they made sure everything would pass inspection. Logan, who did the work, was super nice and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this company for any electrical work in the future!

The service from Connected Electrical was excellent from start to finish. Anthony contacted me promptly after my request for a quote and arrived right on time. He listened carefully to my instructions and worked up a detailed game plan, which he reviewed with me before starting the job.

Purchased my first home which was mainly knob and tube with some odd splicing over the years. Received multiple quotes but went with connected electrical due to their price plus all the great reviews online and reddit recommendations.

They completely rewired the entire house and garage to include a panel upgrade to 200amp service. They installed receptacles where I wanted and added 3 way switching to many rooms and hallways. They also added lights to closets and hallways that didn’t have the prior.

I can’t recommend Connected Electrical enough. The team lead by Marty was professional, friendly, neat, and did an outstanding job. Every day they made sure to clean up any dust or debris. Marty walked me through what they would be working on and always made sure to get my input on locations of switches or receptacles so we would be on the same page.

They really made such a big project seem easy and my home is much more comfortable today because of it.

After four quotes from different companies I went with Connected Electrical for my home EV charger installation. Connected was not just the best quote but also the only company to go out of their way to let me know the difference between a plug in charger and a hardwired box. Although I had already bought the plug in charger after talking with them I discovered the hardwired box was better suited to my needs and likely I would have upgraded to that in the future either way, so they saved me a huge bill there. The quote process was easy, everyone I dealt with from the company was professional, and I absolutely love my new EV charger. I would recommend Connected Electrical to anyone looking to have residential electrical work done!!

I had a great experience with Connected. I recently bought a 95-year-old home on Cleveland's west side. I was a bit worried about the hodgepodge of old knob-and-tube wiring, fuse boxes, electrical panels, etc. I wanted to get that stuff out and simultaneously upgrade the home to a 200A service. I spoke to six different electrical contractors about this huge job. I went with Connected not only because their price seemed reasonable, but also because they were the only contractor I spoke to who made me feel like they tackle this sort of job frequently, and they were very confident about how difficult the job would be, how long it would take, and their ability to handle it with minimal fuss. They came through on everything we discussed and also gave me very reasonable pricing on lots of additional lights, switches, and outlets throughout the home. The crew doing the work was also friendly and easy to work with. When the city inspector came by to check everything, he wrote "nice install" on the green ticket (see attached image), and he even said that the new panel wiring looked like "artwork"! Make no mistake, getting this much work done on an hold house was daunting, but Connected made it fairly easy for me, so I'm happy to give them a five star review.

Connected Electrical was great from start to finish. When I was initially looking at quotes to complete some electrical work for the house and had a lot of questions, they were able to spend time making sure all my questions were answered and I fully understood all the different options. The work to upgrade our electric panel and install circuits in the garage was completed in one day and was high quality. The technicians that came out to the house to perform the work were very professional and respectful. Overall, the work and communications were great and I would highly recommend.

Tyler was on time and got right to work. Knocked out two ceiling fan installations by 1pm. It was a clean and good looking install.
Only gripe, on one of the fans there was a flower pedal broken off and placed back on fan. Everything works and happy with the price of the estimate.
